There is no way, because if block is already mined then he unable to add transaction to it .
Beforehand miner can put his bet in block and if bet wins he can share block if not then not share and lost miner fee .
For that we have max bet rules and largely i think miners will not screw around .

However it is possible (and common) to add a tx after the block header has been discovered, that is after the hash has been found the list of TX has not been finalized yet. Something to keep in mind for future perhaps

How exactly this game is even remotely based on analytical skill? I thought that hash of mined blocks is totally random number. Therefore it can't be analyzed or predicted - hence this game is totally fair and transparent.
