Season Pass is a Pass for you to get DLC (Downloadable Contents (In case you don't know)) of Far Cry 4 In the future, so if you have Season Pass Included with the game pack, it'll be more pricey
Because you already had the pass to get all "upcoming" Official Add-ons
If you still don't understand what is "Season Pass" is... Just search it on Google
