By your logic, you can blame half of the forum without evidence. Just because they wrote somewhere in another thread. People who are also on the forum a long time ago can confirm that this is really my account. Maybe this will help?
You accuse without trial that my account was implicated in something! Just because I changed my password and email, I had a reason for this! One of the password cards with passwords was lost, it was a necessity.

Hi, what evidence do I need to provide that my account has not been hacked or bought? Mail and password have been changed due to the loss of one of the memory cards with passwords. I know the guys from the forum can confirm that I am the owner of the account and conducted successful transactions.
This is unfair! Please, we are adults adequate people and must understand this misunderstanding! I am known not only on this forum, I work online in different directions and is ready to provide everything necessary to confirm my account. However, I ask you to sort out this misunderstanding. 
@Coolcryptovator @Lauda I'm not sure about hack. 1 post in chinese section probably just google-translate. He has posts in russian board in 2015 too. Even his nickname indicates that owner know russian (xakep or "xaкep" means hacker in russian).

How does writing in different languages in different branches affect my account? This is unfair! I want to figure it out and prove that the account is really mine! Password and email address has been changed by me. Please, what can I do to resolve this misunderstanding?

There's a problem with handling this: he could have sent merit to more than just his own accounts or the accounts of the buyers of merit. The users who have received merit from someone else other than Mal Reynolds I can't be sure.raditerko

Local boards shouldn't have off topic subs as they're prime for abuse. As if the main English one wasnt't bad enough at least it has many eyes on it so it's often easy to spot abuse, but farming has been going on for years on a huge scale using off topic boards in the Local sections because it's much easier to get away with.
And farmers are often unpunished due to the fact that in the Russian local board "painting" trust to red no one is engaged.
