Changed the starting post a bit. Decided to move to non collateral micro loans.
Still gouging, which means it is more likely you'll be separated from your money [defaulting lendees].
Consider reducing interest; I really think it would be in everyone's best interest.

Those are some high rates, way too high IMO for a collateral-secured loan. I'd suggest you take a look at the competition and change the rates.
Also, collateral should be given to a third party escrow to hold onto.
