Just a quick reminder that there are only three days left in our competition. It works like this: The user that hits the longest winning streak on Double or Nothing till next Friday (20th of March) wins. Simple :-)

Example: Joe bets on green, result is green; he then bets on red, result is red; he bets on green again, the result is green. That’s a winning streak of length 3.

The prizes are:

1. Place: 0.1 bitcoin
2. Place: 0.04 bitcoin
3. Place: 0.02 bitcoin

Here are the rules in detail:

You have to be a registered FastSlots user to participate.
Your bet size must be at least 0.00001btc.
When you hit a winning streak, take a screenshot and post it to this thread (you have to post a screenshot to be eligible for the prize). Please make sure that bet size and win are visible.
The price will be awarded to the first user that hits a streak of a certain length. For example if Alice hits a streak of length 8 on day 1, Bob hits a streak of length 9 on day 2, and Charlie hits a streak of length 9 on day 3, then Bob is first, Charlie is second, and Alice is third. We consider the point in time that the screenshot is posted.
The competition ends on Friday 20th of March, 11.59pm GMT

Hi cazkooo. The bankroll in our hot wallet is currently about 7.76 bitcoin. Our max win protection kicks in when you are about to win 40% of our bankroll in a single bet, so that should be a winning streak of about 4 or 5 wins. Good luck!

Wait, I forgot to take into account that the max bet size is 0.04bitcoin. So your gonna need a winning streak of 6 or 7. Our protection system is dynamic to the wins and losses that take place all the time, so the precise number will vary.

It's going ok. It's not the lifestyle of the rich and famous yet but we rolling a small profit by now. If we can continue growing in the way we have in the past we should be fine.

As long as you are not losing massive amounts of money you should be happy. Being down 1% isn't bad, because you own a great casino and have a great community which can only grow. Seems that you are also growing pretty well so maybe in the future those profits will multiply.

Now that you say that I'm starting to think that having a chat might be a bit of a two-sided sword. If you have a lot of traffic it's of course great because people can see that you have a lot of traffic. If you don't, then it's not that great, bc, well, people see that you don't.

Obviously FastSlots does not have the traffic that the big bitcoin casinos like luckyb.it or primedice have. These casinos spend lots of money on advertising each month whereas I'm a bit proud that we have a decent amount of traffic now despite the fact that we spent zero dollars on advertising so far.

I'm hoping that users will not be put off by the fact that the chat will not as active as the one on those big casinos. On the other hand, I've been quite transparent in the past (eg displaying every deposit on the homepage without faking it) and I hope our players will not mind to get a realistic view as to were we are at. We will see...

Anyone else having problems with the page load times? Would kind of suck if "Fast"-Slots is slow for people. Guess we'll have to rename to FastSloths in that case... ;-)

Your site is very colorful, which is good, but it may influence the speed, I guess.

I am really sorry about that. We have put quite a bit of work into optimizing many aspects of the page load time. We are under a bit of load tonight, but that should not take the load time to 2min. I have restarted the server a few times tonight and that always slows things down during restart. Then again it is unlikely that you tried in exactly the same moment that I restarted the server.

Anyways, thanks a lot for letting me know. I will look into site performance more closely tomorrow. If you like please try to check back in a few days to see it things have improved. If other people have the same issue, and also if they don't, please let me know.
