#1: I thought this community was all about freedom of choice and wanted to avoid unneeded legalities.
#2: If someone wants to risk their BTC on random unknown ponzi sites, their choice.

Would you be more inclined to invest into ponzi run by more established account e.g. by me?
I'm asking because I'm thinking about running something like this, ponzi/HYIP hybrid but I'm not sure if I will be able to get enough investors.
