I think the only faucet that was worth it back in the day was the railblock faucet. I made a lot of millions of sats because I keep some of it and  sold it when it reached 4k sats. That was the best faucet for me and the rest out there are worthless.

Besides my own faucets, who of course are the best around... *looking innocent*
Faucethub.io is a good place to start. Just get an account and then you have access to the faucet list. They have hundreds of working faucets.
I have a list at my faucet sites as well for those who would like to give that a try.

Is it worth it, Spend the whole day to make faucet?
I am also a new face here and that was the first thing I have tried, don't even start if yo have not so much time a day to sit infront the computer and watch commercial and solve captchas. In other case it doesn't worth anything.

Hi, and thanks for this. Im starting on this and faucets seems a good way to know coins, the system and wallets.

By the way, i used my BTC wallet to get the reward. Is that how it works or do i need to register in the faucetsystem.com?

No problem. I think faucets are good for exposure, and they are good for people to familiarize with how the network flows.

Seems like that site holds a temp wallet for you. You don't register, you just use faucets. Once you get 15k SAT, you get paid out.

I was unaware that faucets still existed. Does anyone have a list of ones that are still active?

http://faucetsystem.com/ looks like they have a list of sites that use their faucet. I don't know any other legitimate faucet micro-transaction hosts. I didn't dig to deep. But there's probably more out there.
Maybe check reddit, and the other Bitcoin forums.

& I might be stunted mentally or something, but there's a soothing nostalgic enjoyment I get from slapping a few faucets. Reminds me of the days where the faucets would deposit way faster due to the mempool avg size/fee difference from back then ad now.

On another note, What type of AltCoin faucets have been created these days?

One thing that's kinda hilarious about faucets is that a lot of people make more than the minimum wage of Venezuala using BTC faucet rotations.
But surely, that's due to the immense failures of their government, (or what was, idn their status.)

I read up a little on that faucet micro-transaction service's website. Looks like its a 15k Satoshi (automatic) Withdraw threshold.

That doesn't seem so bad. If you go through a few decent faucets that host from them you can easily obtain this a week or so.

And due to the nature of there Transactions, the fees per individual aren't to crazy.

so like  http://www.faucetsystem.com hold a temp wallet for people that most likely stays active as long as the address is.
and find a few faucets like http://www.thecryptofaucet.com/bitcoinfaucet/.  Using that 1 alone, you can earn anywhere from 1-1,800 SAT/day.
So if you run through like 5-10 of these faucets, you can get a full payout same-day. It would take some commitment, but its possible for someone who is desperate to obtain a bunch of "free" coins.

From my perspective it's not worth to sit and click all day, but rather play smart. There are few websites (freebitco.in etc.) where, if you lucky (0.0024%), you can get up to $200 worth of coins. It probably won't happen, but you can get smaller portions more often. Plus if you will make an effort and get referrals, half of their income goes to you.

If you have a lot of free time you do not have the capital, then I think to go to the faucet. I think you are going to make a lot of money, but that's the best way when you do not have the capital.

I'm going to study the taps a bit, so I decide if I continue, even if I am too small a profit or try another business

Is it worth it, Spend the whole day to make faucet?
Well, claming in bitcoin faucets was a nice start for a newbie like you but I'll tell you frankly that it's not worthy because you just only get fractions of btc after clicking for hours. I do not discourage you to try this because I know that you can earn free here but it's more practical to engage yourself with investing in platforms, trading or even mining and since you are still a beginner here, I guess you still don't know how those things work. The least you can do for now is to study stuffs about btc, make good quality posts here and join signature campaigns in the future.

Good luck to you Smiley

thanks, good luck

You don't have to stay all day, you can do it just the time you spend with your computer, for example if you spend 5 hours a day you can win 500 satochi if the site earns you 100 satochi every hour, just by entering a captcha code.

I enjoy faucets because they are how I got into Bitcoin years ago.

They are a very successful tool at bringing people to the scene. And if you get a good rotation going, you can make more than $1 in a day doing it.

I found a working one here.

http://thecryptofaucet.com/bitcoinfaucet/

Also,

Here is the website that hosts the microtransactions for the faucets. You can probably find yourself a bunch on there to use.
