I couldnt find the claim button only lots of banners, is he is cheating people without a claim button...
claim button is visible after you pick a box.
it clearly says three steps:
#1 enter address
#2 pick a box
#3 claim reward
maybe you have been on site when I was working on it, sorry
any way claim time is lowered to 2h.

It is just calculation to motivate visitors to refer others even if you did not came from referral link
I don't have any profit by being a referrer to visitors that are not referred why would I give satoshi's to myself since I have total balance available?
