OP, I'd advise you not to put pop up ads on your site; they are annoying and may drive away visitors. If you really want to put these ads, a quick Google search can help you input these ads into your site.

Add a chat as example on your faucet. and be interactive with your members example my faucet on faucet box has a chat where people can play wordgames for btc's I mailed this to google and they say the same like you. Update your pages sometimes with new info not always the same information.. and do something with your site why people wanna stay on your site and not just claim the reward and then go away ..
