Correct. Currently funded 100% out of my pocket. If it catches on and I get enough consistent traffic I will add some banner ads.

Due to the dice feature I need to require registration. I don't require an email or verification, so your login could just be asdf 1234 if you want. If I only asked for a BTC address like other faucets and didn't require registration then others could wager your balance on your behalf causing you to lose all your funds.
I'd rather lose some users instead of lose their funds.

No, I do not plan to add a deposit function. I'm rather open as to my real identity if you check whois or goto my twitter or youtube etc. Operating an online gambling site comes with risk and I don't want any men in blacksuits knocking on my door if you know what I mean Wink

If I do it this way with just faucet earnings it's only a number in a database you are gambling with; it's not actual bitcoin until you cash out.

Claim every ~~10 minutes~~ 3 minutes, and play dice with your funds while you wait!
Rewards:
