Either wait for support to look into your issue, or prove you're not botting any faucets.

From what I can see, the delay happens because of MailGun. There's nothing I can do right now about it

Please response on our emails, and please disable it asap as we never enable it on our account. I'm a faucet owner at faucethub and dont wanna lose my money.

By the way, I checked and re-checked the SPAM folder in my yahoo email and it has always been empty this whole time so that is not the issue. Like you stated, it must be an issue with the SMTP 3rd party service or whatever.
It's totally understandable things get slow and backed up during a major holiday.
Don't mind all these complainers of whom don't have an iota of patience for business owners on a major holiday, it's ridiculous.
I run multiple websites myself as well and I know how it is to have 3rd party services go down and/or slow down because of their staff vacations etc. These users just have no sense either for the nature of the blockchain, it's all rather comical and does not reflect the excellent job you are everyone at FH has done to make it a great fun site. Keep up the great work.
When the 2fa email transmissions start up again, I'll login then, no pressure, thanks again.

Oh, just one more quick thing, thought I would mention, it seems Chrome now experiences a mismatch of SSL cert protocols that it accepts and TLS1.3 has abandoned RC4 so only firefox will load the FH website for me, it doesn't work in Chrome. Perhaps just redo the SSL cert to be compliant with new'ish TLS standards, would be a plus.

I'd like to address a few things.

a) Missing transactions
This will be sorted out when the network picks up the TXs that were "stuck" in the system.

b) Mails not receiving. I'm working on this one. It's not a direct issue caused by FH, but our mail provider/host, MailGun. I've notified them and I'm waiting as well, we're on the same boat here, I can't speed this up. If it was in my hands, it'd be resolved already.

Another thing. Users who're questioning my intentions, because they don't understand blockchain or what/why does a transaction get stuck, etc.
Here's the thing.

I've been around since 2013. I managed to collect a lot of altcoins that were worth pennies back in the day and those coins cost a lot right now, and I'm still holding them tight.
There's 15-17 bitcoin in the cold wallet (ledger nano S) that have been deposited by faucet owners and other users.
I own more bitcoin than most of you might think that I own, but I don't talk about it, since there's nothing to be said about my personal holdings.
Everything I've done since I entered the faucet scene was for the greater good of the users, and not my own benefit.

If you really think that I'd put my reputation on the line for any amount of coins, be my guest and be the fool who spreads FUD, while I'll be rolling better and better services out.

I've got big plans, and I'm just getting started.

New year, new horizons.

I just submitted a support ticket, just FYI,

it appears the 2fa verification email (for changed IP) is not working;

my yahoo email address is not receiving the 2fa code validation email but I know my email address is currently
working, I'm getting other emails in. Please if you could look into this issue if you get time.

2FA login verification works for me. And every time that I have different IP, I will be prompted to 2FA and I always received the verification code. I think it has something to do with the yahoo, check your spam email. Even it annoys me because of my ISP is having dynamic IP, but as a security, I'll be good to keep doing 2FA whenever my IP address changed. Remember, we don't have auto login in FH.  Grin

I need you all stop panicking about the "not found" txs. I'll fix it when I'm back at home on 27th.
It's out of my hands right now, I've got no access to many tools I use.

Withdrawals were blocked for the simple reason so I don't have to think about your money.
Everything will be back to normal when I get back at my place.

Regarding B3 coin. I don't know. I need to make sure the development team is working on it and they're not leaving the project.
It's been delisted from the major exchange where it was and it's on a smaller one right now.
I need to protect the majority of FH's base.

It appeared at blockchain.info as "unconfirmed transaction"  so i think there is no need to do anything from now on. We just need to wait till that confirm.
