Everybody has this problem. --- Could not open socket --- I hope mex will take a look at it as soon as possible. We can do nothing, just to wait.

I can't log in today. Receiving error message 'could not open socket.' tried clear cache and cookies, different browsers, diferrent device even different networks and still the same. Tried to send ticket but cannot complete. Captcha error. What to do?

You need to change the captcha on your ticket page recaptcha is fucked. I complete it and get the green check and I still can't send the ticket because it wasn't completed correctly. I tried incognito window, clearing cache and cookies, even a different computer. Also check your pms please it's urgent (because I can't send a ticket)

The site loads and goes to login screen but when i try to login it takes a minute then shows a blank white page that says "cannot open socket".
I tried a few times.
I will just give it some time and try logging in later.

Hi everyone!
Today i have a problem - i can't access/login to FaucetHub.io
Everything worked fine before. That's for the first time.
After entering login-pass info & captcha i had to wait a lot more time than before to login. It looks like the page is loading and then it redirects me on empty page with just this words: " Could not open socket ".

Also i can't contact support team there / can't submit ticket because of captcha. Tried several times. Its keep getting me this message:
" Captcha Failed
Please fill out the captcha correctly! "

Win 7. AdBlock turned off. Google Chrome browser. No new apps for it were installed. Also tried to access with Maxthon browser - didn't help.
Even decided to look at hosts file at system32/drivers - nothing strange.
Don't think it's my fault & hope it's a temporary error that will be fixed.
Anyway, what do you think?
