Yes, there's going to be more coins, but I'll need to study the code of alternative of SHA/Scrypt algos, since they're quite different.
ETH is pain in the a$$ for multi-transactions.

Your users wont be able to claim from your faucet, they'll keep getting an error that their address isn't registered on FH.
If you'll need help in the future, please use site support.
