I see that almost all altcoin offer the same technology that is both sophisticated and best, I think other altcoins develop themselves by looking at the weaknesses of other altcoins. The most potential and the most advanced altcoin in my opinion is Tron, Tron has transaction speeds, a good platform and a very strong development team, many people were surprised by the development of Tron.
My favourite coin has been omx. This is in fact the best project i have seen related to health and medical system on blockchain. It is a system that helps users to store their DNA data on blockchain and have total control over it. This data will be very useful to health practitioners, researchers, pharmaceutical companies and the likes.
As before, my favorite coin this year is ETH, I am confident in restoring prices as the market stabilizes. Also part of the money I invest in the purchase of NEO, EOS and LTC.
I also invest in these coin. ETH is my favorite coin in last year. But in this year I like NEO rather than ETH. I think NEO will give us the most profit because it's price now is very low compared to its top in last year. It used to reach $160 so I think it has potential to reach that price again. And if it happens, we will get 9 - 10 times profit.
I advise always to look at the technology underlying the coin. They largely determine whether a particular currency will be successful or not. This, in part, explains the popularity and capitalization of bitcoin, the first crypto currency created on the basis of the blockbuster. Good luck everyone!

I like IOS, it is growing steadily and its capitalization is huge! Cryptocurrency Lisk is also very good, only growing.
I see a good potential in eth. But my favorite coin still btc. I don't like alts or something. It looks like crumbs.
I think that Monero is one of the best coins, but most likely in the future it will not grow, since its technology unfortunately will not spread because of the conditions in which cryptocurrencies develop.

i think it is hard to tell what coin is the best as there are many nice coins and it is hard to choose among them after all

i think that the best coins are ethereum and bitcoin and maybe some relatively new ones hut even they have got sokenproblems so it is hard to name the perfect ones

My favorite coin for 2018 is Pundi X Token. She managed to show a very strong growth, but now again went to its minimum. I believe that it will show new highs.

My favorite coin in 2018 is still ETH, because from the beginning until now I still choose and support ETH.
I think we will hold the coin in 2018 in the long run, in our opinion ethereum, neo, bitcoin, nxt and on. because growth every day also increases. so that we will also get more profits.
I still don't have a favorite coin right now because I can still exploring the useful of digital assets that's why I haven't choose one yet but I have many perspective many coins that will surpassed bitcoin soon and more valuable in the time came out so I will continue my exploring to find such thing that will impress me.
This year in particular there has been Massive growth in some many coins. Many altcoins are growing well nowadays, altcoins are my favorite this year and want me to have them all ETH, NEO, Litecoin, and EOS etc. I like them not only because of the ratings they own, but I like it because I think they have a lot of good support and prospects to be worthy coins in the future. Surely this year they really show their potential to be able to grow for the better with the achievement they achieve.
My personal favorite coin would be Ethereum. Ethereum has a large community that backs them, many supporters and many investors claimed Ethereum would be the best coin that is been existed.
My favorite coin is also ethereum because the future of etheruem no doubt,and its development from year to year is also good,
