i'd say Parity and Myetherwallet.

both are very good.

MIST takes too much time to sync the blockchain.

Myetherwallet best ethereum wallet for newbie like me
Simple to used , you can send transactiin ether and token and you just need save your privkey or json file if you didnt jave trezor wallet

Yeah. But you can't access your funds if you don't have internet. I agree with that this is for newbie or even pro used it, the only negative that I can see on using web wallet is it's prone on hacking.

Exodus for ease of use and the option's of storing other Alt's all in the same place. It has some really good features and as with many others is updating and adding new security features all the time.

Myetherwallet is best for me. I can receive tokens and eth of course. You should keep private key to use it. it is user friendly I have sent my token to exchanger many times. So far, there are no problems.
Indeed MEW probably the best wallet for Ethereum and other ethereum based token because easy to use and for the safety purpose, you can generate it offline for your maximum security so that's good

My favourite hands down is MyEtherWallet.com. It is so well-developped, with great design, security, ease of use, etc. It has everything, and I think except from turning it into an application or desktop software, you could not make it better !

Shit! I just wanted to say that I use https://ethereum-wallet.net/ and am happy for it but now on the front page we can see it has been attacked! Does it mean I am losing my $240 dollars? I hope they will deal with the problem and return everything to us. I can see now they are doing reinbursements which are partial. I guess now I need to get another wallet to store ethereum.

The best and one wallet I used since is myetherwallet. When I learn into trading this is the only one Im using. Just save the private keys and you are secure and safe.

Make sure you can access the private key, because this is really a crucial stuff and important one. Because if you can't access it, when the site is closed your money is gone and you won't have a way to recover it.

The best one is Myetherwallet and Exodus. Myetherwallet is really simple and you can import the private key to your wallet like Electrum.

I use Coinbase. They are probably the best online wallet option out there. For an amateur altcoin user just using the coin for fun, most of the desktop clients are way too complicated and require lots of time to sync.

I've used Myetherwallet also in the past however people have been complaining about their wallets getting hacked etc. and there is no way to set up 2fa or anything like that. If you want maximum protection, use one of the hardware wallets.

There are many wallets for the store of the ETH  where you can store another altcoins also and also bitcoin .
But I don't trust at anyone , I will say that  use only official wallet , since handling the official is small annoying that
Needs pc or laptop , but it will secure your money and no one can access like the Bitcoin .
Here the wallet for the ETH is available with the Linux and also for the pc , hopefully for Linux system you can found here
https://github.com/ethereum/mist/releases
Go at the link and follow the instructions , hopefully you can do easily if you have a pc with good internet connection .
Note: done share your private key with anyone , to make himself away from any type of the risk .

It depends on what you need it for. If you need a wallet to hold the ERC-20 tokens has to be myetherwallet.com if you just use send and receive Jaxx will do the job.
