Of all time? That's a tough one.  I don't think I could name just one.

I'd have to go back to when I was a kid as I haven't really liked cartoons since. I'd have to go with Tom and Jerry, Scooby Doo, Transformers, He-Man, and Garfield.

If I had to pick one from that list it would have to be Transformers. I remember when they made the first Transformers movie in the early 80's. It was a cartoon and I couldn't wait until it was released at the video store.  I still remember the sleep over with my buddy when we were finally able to rent it.

The cartoons of nowadays are not as awesome as the ones i had when i was a kid, but i like "Gravity Falls". It has a pretty cool story, pretty epic. But my favorite cartoon show of all time has to be "Tom & Jerry" which is incredible , it was always funny to sit on my couch and watch them fight.

I read every single comic, they are truly awesome!

Download and watch the TV series. Trust me, it is even more awesome. There are some changes from the original comics, but they are only minor ones. I have lost count of the number of times I have watched them.

This might seem a little bit odd. But my favorite is The Adventures of Tintin (by Herge). I am not talking about the feature film by Steven Spielberg, but about the TV series made in 1991.

A total of 39 episodes (19.5 hours).

They have recently gotten pretty good again in my opinion.

I would have to say i grew up with dragon ball Z and pokemon lol.

I thought we are only discussing cartoons here. And I mean 'cartoons' as western animated movies. And some animes are a lot better than western cartoons to be honest...

The greatest cartoon ever watched by me was: Master of the Robotech (some sort of anime, was an entire SF book there!)
