high fees due to bitcoins' high value, i think fees have constant values but it differs on the exchange rate, wishing for a low fees is the same as wishing for the lower value of bitcoin. but who doesn't want low fees? or maybe free  Grin Grin Grin

many people want low fees. i know what exchanger have low fees when we withdraw. you can use zb.com and binance.com. their fee only 0.0005 btc.
I think it will be a lot cheaper to get bitcoin as the lightning updates over time, which will be very beneficial to our trade.

What is wrong with fees?. it is much higher now. if you have any idea or a wallet that uses low fees i will be glad to hear about it. please share with me what you do with this silly problem.
Hi, I dont think that we could say that fees are higher now. Its just the USD value of the satoshis we are paying that is increasing. If you would take a look back, most exchanges still has the same fees but because of the sudden increase of USD value for btc it looks like our fees are getting higher.

Yess, me too is little bit disappointed with this transaction fee of bitcoin. To be true, I have my personal experience with BTC transaction fee. Initially I don't understand how the took transaction fee, then I come to know that if you buy a BTC then the prices are higher than when you sell it and in this process of buying at higher rate and selling at lower rate, they cut your transactions fee. Yes I agree this is quite irritating but I am kk with it because if BTC is providing you such a huge profit then they are also liable to take some transaction fee.

The amount of people cashing out is probably the root of casusing the high transaction fees. When you look at the price of bitcoin was sky high a lot of people wanted to sell and therefore the transaction fees needed to go higher due to these extra demands.

So what do you suggest? We should not move our coins? The vast majority of the transactions will be users moving their coins from one wallet to another, either for trading or for investment in altcoins. There are around 200,000 transactions happening every day. You can't say that all of them are made by individuals dumping their coins for fiat.

The price of bitcoin transaction is a big problem. For those who hoard bitcoin for a few years and bought it when the price was low is not a problem. Along with the growth rates of their assets grow and transaction costs. But for those who buy bitcoin now is a disaster. If this problem is not solved then there will not be willing to invest in bitcoin. I wanted to see bitcoin as a currency, but I'm not even sure that he will live with the price of the transaction. Sorry if this is an insurmountable obstacle for bitcoin.

The Law of Supply and Demand, I think is the reason for the high transaction fees. Competition, as always, will bring the rates down. But don’ expect FREE, transaction fees are the only thing certain in cryptocurrency. Live with it.

wallets are interfaces that enable you to use protocols that make fees higher or lower depending on the type of address you use.
some addresses give you 30% cheaper fees and others 60% cheaper.

you can use your old wallets but will pay more fees.
use new that that support seg2x or move to some altcoins.
fee is high and will continuous keep high until LN

I've been using block chain wallet since I started joining campaign and it's true the fees really sucks now so I'm planning to use the wallet we have in our country it is good because it has no transaction fees when transferring funds to my bank account maybe because banks here supports bitcoin transaction. I think other country has their own particular online wallet so you can try searching

Well for starters the demand of bitcoin is at all-time-high as well.

https://bitinfocharts.com/comparison/bitcoin-transactions.html

Transactions per day chart doesn't really support this.

Spammers?   They must really want to waste money ... but also, if spam is increased, then becuase the transactions are relatively constant, then bitcoin (legit) use is not at all increasing.

and more and more transactions are happening.

... but they're not.

I think to consider transaction costs, Try using nitrogensports wallets. this is the latest issue facing bitcoin. and That's why one of the biggest online gaming stores that is steam stop uses bitcoin as a way of payment in their game because of the high transaction costs that require me to consider lowering transaction costs...

Bitcoin fees and long transaction times has been an issue for
quite some time. It needs immediate attention or it will
simply defeat it's purpose of being used as a currency for
buying and selling.

If you have a problem with your fees learn how to save money. Because when you did not learn your fees and bills will increase too much. Fee charges are raised electronically once you have formally enrolled onto your course and notification of fees invoiced sent to your Edinburgh Napier University email address. It is very important to accumulate a lot of electricity, your fees is very low.

if you want transfer dont buy btc but buy alt after that sell your alt to btc. done.

if you transfer btc to other wallet.
1. fees very hight
2. so many unconfirmed blockhain btc (https://blockchain.info/id/unconfirmed-transactions)

but if you buy alt then sell alt to bct. its make save your time. choose wisely..

Fees you are finding will be recovered after 24 hours for sure, since segwit implementation inprogress now you will find the fees still high in the every wallet whether it is desktop wallet or online wallet. It will be high in all the wallets.
I think we will find the bitcoin transaction would be goes down to 0.0003 or 0.0002 btc only now.
We may find the bitcoin price also increased than we see in the price chart today.

Bitcoin transaction fee is very high but I think it's what makes it unique. I'm sure Bitcoin is aware of the fact that it has competitors now but if it still decides to stay the way it is then I'm sure there's either a reason or a plan. It's Bitcoin all the way for me

I'm not sure you understand about Bitcoin at all.
