Of course it was a big win for France, they looked strong for Poland but it was a really good match.
Poland actually did not give up on France where they also appeared to dare to attack in the second half. But France have a lot of advantages where they have a lot of players who can really make a difference in attack. Mbappe scored 2 goals during the second half, he was amazing for France.

Furthermore, France will very likely meet England in the quarter-finals because in my opinion England are the favorites against Senegal in a few moments. The England vs France game will be even more exciting to look forward to, I hope for it.

It seems we have started having less surprises in this world cup. Currently the matches are becoming predictable with big teams winning and qualifying for the quarter finals. Poland have not been an impressive side in this world cup, I think they luckily qualified for the round of sixteen. But they seem to have improved in their attack because they had some good attacking runs. It very glary that Kylian Mbappé is establishing himself as the star player of this competition. I don't think any player has performed more than him in this competition.

Smart players who have speed, accuracy, sharpness and a winning mentality were all shown by Mbappe in the match against Poland.

France's chance for a goal came at 28:40 by Giroud when Dembele latched onto a cross that was snatched away by Bereszynski's mistake.
In the first round France often experienced weakness on the right side of the defense which was occupied by Kounde. But in the second half that was no longer the case, everything changed.

Mbappe's action against Poland made Lewandowski's light disappear and he couldn't do much like he showed when strengthening the club.
Mbappe, a strong candidate for the 2022 World Cup top scorer.

France is leading the game with 2 goals in a row . There is not much time left for the match. So it is not possible for Poland to win beyond these 2 goals. France seems be guaranteed to qualify for the quarter-finals by winning this match. Bad luck for Poland that they are not able to qualify for the quarter finals. However, good luck to them for at least making it to the round of 16 . Maybe they will prepare better and show better performance in the next World Cup

France is too good with there offense. Poland defense is so good focusing on Mbappe but fatigue kicks in with them that gives Mbappe opportunity to hit that second goal to secure France victory to advance. Kylian is the best so far on this league for providing assist and score on every game. He always find a way to score despite the enemy defense is always focusing on him that always lead him to a tight spot. That last goal of Kylian is so satisfying because he manage kick the free ball before all the defense gather around him and denying the best goal defender for Poland.

With this, I believe France is almost close on semi finals because whoever win between Senegal and England is France capable defeating due to there history.

Just in another goal for Mbappe landed! He is a monster.

Poland seems to have given up. K. Mbappe's second goal was clearly seen by the defender from Poland running casually without guarding the movement of K. Mbappe. Even Poland did not attack at all.
