I see 2-1 Spain Win but this is a hard one to call it could easily be 0- 1 or 1- 0 For either team
2-2 would be the minimum. Croatia wouldn't had dropped their morale like they did after the penalty.

This is what we call the host advantage. FIFA is actually going to be happy with this. They would prefer the nation with 200 million people winning the game, when compared to the one with less than 5 million people. Marketing and TV rights matters a lot.
But still, I think that with unbiased refereeing, Croatia would have drawn with Brazil 2-2.
