2026 World Cup Qualifier match Brazil vs Bolivia, Brazil lead 1 goal in the first half and scored 4 goals in the second half. Brazil won by a huge margin of 5-1. Neymar scored 2 goals, Rodrygo scored 2 goals, Raphinha scored 1 goal. Brazil showed surprise in today's game, I enjoyed today's game very well. Congratulations to the Brazil team.
Brazil's World Cup qualifier against Bolivia was fantastic. Brazil won by a huge margin of 5-1 against Bolivia. This match against Bolivia gave Neymar the opportunity to touch one of the biggest milestones.
Neymar and Pele had 78 goals before entering this match, that is, if Neymar could have scored a goal today, Neymar would have surpassed everyone else in the history of Brazilian football. With such an equation in front of Neymar, Neymar had several opportunities to score in the first half but failed to capitalize on them. Neymar's biggest chance came early in the match. Early on Neymar got a penalty and I thought maybe Neymar was going to outplay Pele but Neymar missed the penalty kick.

After missing the penalty kick, Neymar scored two goals and finally became the top scorer in Brazil football history. Congratulations Neymar and congratulations Brazil.
Brazil really impressed by defeating Bolivia 5-1 in their first 2026 World Cup qualifying match. It's quite clear that Brazil performs at their best when Neymar plays. Neymar Jr. achieved another historic milestone by surpassing the legendary Pelé to become Brazil's all-time top scorer. Neymar has consistently been a force to reckon with on the national team, and he has a ability to bounce back stronger after injuries.
Well, this kind of result is pretty common on the currently stage of the competition for Brazil, especially against a weak team like Bolivia. I don't see it with surprise or as a signal Brazil is going to enter the groups stage as the favorite one. On the world cups of the last two decades Brazil starts full of energy and promises, but fall miserably in the middle of the competition. For that reason, the audience has learned to decrease their expectations over brazilian national team and to focus on more technical fresh teams.

Without a doubt, a great team as always and it is beginning to fill with "smoke" with this type of results, which in reality should have been something like 12 x 1, given the lack of football of the Bolivian team.

As a follower of the Brazilian team, I don't care if they win 1x0, what they have to show is that they can win the World Cup and leave the stigma of being a favorite... anyway, still remember how they let go of the Brazil vs. Argentina final, after losing historically 7x1, against Germany.

I know that even the Europeans can surely endure...  Smiley

Brazil had the chance to advance at the beginning of the match at home. But Neymar, who is skilled in penalties, came with a goal to make the Bolivian goalkeeper practice his goal-scoring. This star took a shot along with the goalkeeper. And that's why Brazil missed the opportunity to advance. However, Selesaora took the lead in the 24th minute of the match. Brazil went ahead with Rodrigo's goal. The hosts ended the first half with this one goal. At the beginning of the second half, Rafinha's strong shot shook Bolivia's net. Rodrigo took the gap to 3-0 in 53 minutes. Neymar saw the goal in 61 minutes. And with this goal, he surpassed legendary star Pele as the highest scorer in the history of Brazilian football in the record book.
Brazil has impressive performance on opening match World Cup Qualifier against Bolivia after winning over 5-1, Rodrygo have contribution with two goals, Raphinha scored one goals and Neymar made brave and he has success lead as Brazil national teams top scorer after success destroying Pele record with 77 goals. Right now Neymar have scored 79 goals for Brazil national teams in all competition and seems his record will not stop until 79 goals due he has several years later career with national teams and possibility for scoring many goals again. Top three national teams in CONMEBOL success get three points on opening match of FIFA World Cup qualifier, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina success manage well in opening match and have three points, but Brazil have more productivities goals and lead top standings position in CONMEBOL zone awhile.

They got decent results if they looked at the depth of the squad that Brazil had, while the situation was the opposite for Bolivia, which did not have big stars in its squad. Neymar and Rodrygo who have just returned from injury have made excellent debuts, no one is doubting their quality at the moment.

The next match Brazil will face Peru, I think Brazil can win the match very easily.

I think the Estadio Hernando Siles in La Paz is a boon for Bolivia. In history, there have been many strong national teams that have experienced defeat due to stamina problems due to the lack of oxygen levels there.
But even so, I still see Bolivia as a weak national team and it will be difficult to get a place in the World Cup from the Conmebol qualifiers. The difference in strength within the team is a problem that must be resolved by them.
I think if they had a team at least like Ecuador or Venezuela, it's very possible they could almost always get a win at home.

Have you thought about the Argentina team, what kind of performance the team will have or how they can prepare the team for the next World Cup. Lionel Messi is currently enjoying his World Cup achievement.

Well.. next world cup is three years away. I am not sure how much importance Messi and his friends are going to give for the CONMEBOL qualifiers, because this time 6 out of the 10 participating teams are going to qualify. So qualifying won't be as hard as it was last time. And their morale would be high after the win against Ecuador. For Argentina, the next match is going to be against Bolivia. Opponents are very weak, but the match will take place at the Estadio Hernando Siles in La Paz, which is situated at an elevation of 3,637 meters.

I am not completely sure how trainers and professional teams are supposed to deal with matches which take place in such altitude. We could speculate that even though the Bolivian team does not have as much successful history to show off as Argentina does, they could still have the advantage of being the host and probably are more used to play with less atmospheric oxygen.

Also, talking about below-average teams. Even though I know there are not much of a chance to see Venezuela in the next World Cup, I still hold onto it, it would be quite interesting to see how people react and how the marketing would orbit around us managing to participate next time. If we get to the quarter of finals it would certainly have all the country stuck to the TV and social media for days.  Tongue

I personally am not a big supporter of the players to travel around during the World Cup. The players should be concentrating on how to play well instead of traveling from one country to another. And we all know that there can be a lot of problems with having multiple hosts of the World Cup. So why even go through that trouble?

Less traveling is going to make sure that the players are not tired and actually are concentrating on playing well in the World Cup matches. And something very famous right now going on in the West is rape allegations against the players. That is definitely going to happen less in my opinion if the players are not travelling from one country to another every other day.

Yeah, I also think it's simpler and better to have a single country hosting the world cup.

But based on the next world cup, and the following bids, we will be looking at multi-country world cups for at least a decade or so.

It's just the new normal. Also, there will be more countries in the competition, whether we like it or not.

I am sure that the South American players would not have any problem traveling from the USA to Canada and from Canada to Mexico, because basically when they are in the world qualifiers, which in fact start tomorrow, as things can be seen, it is always traveling in an ap ´Yes to another, and from a very hot climate to a very cold climate, I think this can really hit European players who basically don't travel as much, only in periods of holidays or when the UCL final is going to be which is in another host country, so on that side I think that the guadores would not be affected, in addition it can cause fatigue because basically when traveling many things become evident, delays in training, arrival, what Sometimes you have to be at the airport at the right time, the stress that it can generate in the players, all these things can have a noticeable effect, it is something that cannot be denied, we could think that things for some may be more useful stronger than others, that is why in these cases the preparations that are made in the World Cup era are very important, it cannot be denied that things can get tough at any time that is necessary or warranted during the mudal, but as in The World Cup has a lot of things like days in which everyone rests, since they have to take advantage of it from the day they leave a game, immediately after making the trip, so that the players can rest and sleep during the trip.

However, I don't know how they are going to organize the World Cup in this case, host more world teams, where each one of us hopes that we can see our teams there, I want to see Italy, because Italy is a team that has very good football, style and history, as well as my country that has never been there because the emotion would be unique, and as I have said before, I would like to see India in this World Cup.

The moment when they said we were going to have three hosts I was thinking how the palyer and fans were going to travel between these countries because even if we consider these countries are close together there is some paper for the people who want to travel between these countries and this can be annoying for people.
I think the best they can do is to make some special rules during the World Cup regarding this.

It is very true, in fact those who are from South American countries have to apply for a Visa for the USA, and a VISA for Canada, if only the Visas are for me a quite tedious and unnecessary process, because it is assumed that a person who is going to When you enter a country you must carry enough money to support yourself during that period and so that it does not hinder the daily lives of those in that country or countries because it is something that I do not consider healthy, to prevent people from having to go through these annoying processes. , it is necessary that those who manage to buy the tickets let these countries enter, those who want to go visit these countries, I'm not talking about European and American citizens, but for the rest of the world's mortals they do have to do so, So, in view of that, they should have foreseen that this would be a problem. Since they already have self-control of the countries for the world, it is simple, they must make a contingency plan so that they allow all the people who go to enter their countries. Let's see the games, it must become a country or free passes for the entry of people, these are the things that must be met for this, it is also a World Cup, I don't think it will be tarnished by complaints that people make about these 3 countries not to let people from certain countries pass, because it would be an unnecessary scandal.

Among the countries that require more to Obtain a VISA is Canada, it is a country that has to comply with many rules to be able to Enter , so it is not the idea either , if here the chapter of soccer will be returned just like the USA and Mexico they should be developing countries should treat their visitors well no matter where they come from, and those who are troublemakers and misbehave, because for that purpose the authorities are there so that they can deport them or apply the relevant punishment, but that is a very delicate issue, not because The stadiums that are going to improve are for the people, their customs and that each country Knows that things in a world cup go at a Different Speed.

What is wrong with co-hosting such world events? I am not much experienced with football, but ice hockey experience was great. Not a single nation got a free qualification spot in tournament, because they co-host an event. For fans, I see only benefits from such system. For countries - tourists are always a plus into budget. Hosting or co-hosting was always a matter of money. Tournaments are not co-hosted because some have better or worse stadium, or low number of stadiums for example. This happens because countries make huge payments to FIFA imo, in a matter of trading hosting spots.

Once again, there is nothing wrong with co-hosting. My problem is not with co-hosting as such, but with providing automatic entry to the teams that co-host the tournament. IMO, automatic entry should be given only to two teams - defending champions and one team from the hosts. If there are multiple hosts, then the weaker teams should be asked to participate in the qualifier tournament. I understand the budget concerns. In some cases, a country may not have enough quality stadiums and all. But that is an entirely different topic from giving automatic entry.

Imagine the following: you have your house and your friend has his house, so you tell your friend that you are going to his house to play video games, when you arrive at your friend's house you don't find your friend who is the owner of the house. home, but you meet other people who you have arranged with them to go play too, so I believe it will be a very strange situation. the same thing happens in soccer, when a country organizes the world cup they don't earn a lot of money in terms of profits, I don't even know if it really makes a profit, but the point is that the people of that country will be able to be happy to see their team national team to play in the world cup, even if they know that their national team won't get far

the politicians and the government of that country that organizes the world cup will have reason to justify the citizen's tax money as it was spent on the cup, argument of the government and politicians and that with that organization of the cup the national team managed to make history by reaching the cup , and people would not like to see the government spending money to organize a world cup in which their national team will not participate, I think that FIFA is right on that part.

all countries that ceded the world cup must have automatic passage for their main team, this is also a great incentive for many countries to want to organize the world cup, if one day they change this rule, then many countries will lose motivation to want to cede the world Cup

Brazil is entering the field on Saturday in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in the Latin American region. In this match, the opponent of the five-time world champions is Bolivia. On Saturday, September 9, at 6:45 am, the two teams will enter the field at the Estadio Estadual Journalista in Belem, Brazil. Before that, Brazil is going through a nightmare from the World Cup in Qatar. They lost to Croatia on the world stage. Then the loss against Morocco in a friendly match. It was as if the Selesaora had lost their familiar rhythm. Finally, the former world champions returned to their rhythm with a 4-1 win against Guinea. Vinicius Jr. is not in the team due to an injury in this match. But the good news for Brazilian fans is the inclusion of Neymar. In addition, Gabriel Jesus returned to the team in place of Richarlison. Therefore, Brazilian poster boy Neymar Jr. wants to forget the disappointment of the World Cup in this match at home and start anew.

Gone are the days when Brazil used to dominate the sport of football. Now other teams have narrowed the gap with Brazil and this was very evident during Qatar 2022. And now coming to Neymar, I really hope that he remains free from injuries. He has at least 5-6 years of top class football ahead of him, provided that he stays free from injuries. CONMEBOL qualifiers will be quite challenging for Brazil. Afterall, it is the toughest confederation in the world and there is no guarantee that any of the top teams would qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

At the time when Brazil was dominating the world and they were number one in the world, other countries were not developed at all and we know the only way for Brazil to have their place back in the world is to try to have better coaches and do more investment like other counties do.
However, I think they are the first team CONMEBOL and they usually get qualified for the World Cup easily.

It's worth watching, but so far Brazil national team has not released its starting XI. Is Neymar available, we know he is suffering from injury and has not yet made his debut at his new club Al Hilal. On the other hand, Bolivia is not a significant opponent for Basil, I think the score of 3-1 for Brazil to win is quite worthy.

Gabriel Jesus, who just returned from injury, showed his sharpness again when he beat Man United. I think Jesus will play from the first minute because he is on fire.

It's all becoming more like a business industry to me instead of focusing on sports while business goes second in priority. I know that things like these are somehow cannot be avoided because money will always be there but for the sake of competition, they should look at this rule very closely mainly now that they are expanding the format because it's getting more and more unfair to the teams who got the talent but will have to go through the struggle because their countries aren't that rich to make a bid to host such event.
And that is the issue, the previous format of 32 qualifying teams was in my opinion better than what we currently have, however the current FIFA president made a promise to the top people on the different confederations that he will increase this number and he won the presidency due to this promise, so it was a political move while also being an economic inspired move as now they will make even more money due to the additional matches that will be played, so it is obvious that for a long time the sport of soccer and what is best for it has been left aside and only the money matters.

On the one hand, it’s strange to assume that one of the tournament hosts will not play in it (if things go badly in the qualifying tournament), isn’t it? On the other hand, when the number of guaranteed places is large, it reduces the value and meaning of the qualifying tournaments, but FIFA and UEFA are in any case on the path of increasing the number of participants in the final tournaments, so they are not particularly worried about this.

It's all becoming more like a business industry to me instead of focusing on sports while business goes second in priority.
