I don't think filter/no filter is really the question you should be asking if it's for the health of your baby. The answer is stop smoking.

i am very like cigarettes, really like cigar no filter. i know its not good for my baby, but i really like it. 
like me, i really like it. but if you pregnant now, its not good for you.

I smoke cigarettes with a filter, but I hope that someday I will quit Smoking at all. The filter gives us false confidence that we reduce the harm from Smoking, but it's not. So quit Smoking if you can and teach me.

Sometimes we have to make sacrifices for the good of our children or the people around us.

I like smoking marijuana but when my kids came to live with me I stopped.
