Who do you think will be better at lifting this trophy? Whether Manchester City or Fluminense.
This prediction is definitely not exemptional from the casinos gambling because it still lies on a lucky prediction.
I can't assume to predict this buttress on their statistical histories because games could be shuffly baffling to be determined.
This is just going to be determined by the performances of the both teams but yeah, if I must make a guess then I have to be biased simply by my well wishes to one of my fansing team amongst them.
So, I would simply go for Fluminense to win.

Nice info, mate. I'm almost skeptical of this competition, CONMEBOL and UEFA dominate this competition, so we can't expect much from AFC, CAF, CONCACAF and OFC. One day if a team from these four continents manages to win, it will surprise the football public.

There's a big GAP between the European teams and the rest right now
The 4 times the South Americans won the cup were extremely difficult achievements

Yep, we have to be honest and admit about it, UEFA has better regulations and other things there, that's why they dominate this competition so much. In fact, the third caste league class in the PL is better in several domestic football competitions in the SEA region (based on what I've seen).

I'll give my opinion as I've said before, but all the good players from South America for example, go to play in Europe for money and fame. Brazilian players, from the moment they start playing, at 6 or 7 years old, already want to play for Real Madrid, Barcelona etc, it's very difficult to compete against the Europeans when they don't have the money to keep their players

From 2025 the format of the Club World Cup will change, and it will probably be even more difficult for a team from outside Europe to win the World Cup

Hahaha, as predicted Manchester City will indeed win the Club World Cup title and now Europe is still the strongest and always dominates success in this competition.
The 4 - 0 victory was victory with absolute points and of course it was truly extraordinary success for Manchester City again, this season there is still chance for Manchester City to win another title, namely in the UCL.
For the Premier League, there may be various pressures and also difficulties in catching up to be in first place.

Unfortunately, in the final match which won, we couldn't see Haaland performance because he had to recover after his injury.
From the latest information circulating, Haaland has actually recovered and just needs to wait for the right time to help strengthen the Manchester City squad in each of their matches.
However, Pep is very firm that he doesn't want his players to get injured again because have just recovered, after all still have to focus on the UCL and Haaland is expected to perform well in the UCL.

Congratulations to Manchester City for their victory and all fans still really hope to win another title at the end of this season.

Not Manchester City, but UEFA, we all know the quality in Europe is better than other continents, therefore it is normal to see Manchester City win against Fluminense. BTW, regarding the FIFA Club World Cup, do you have a record of winners from other continents besides Europe? because I've looked for it on SofaScore and it's only up to 2008 with all the winners being from UEFA Cheesy.

I really wonder if any team from another continent has won this competition.
If we consider only FIFA officials, 4 times teams from outside Europe have won the tournament, and all 4 times they were Brazilians, including my team Corinthians  Cool Cool Cool

2000 - Corinthians
2005 - São Paulo
2006 - Internacional
2012 - Corinthians

After 2012 only Europeans won the cup

the difference in quality of teams from Europe in relation to the quality of teams from America and Africa is a big difference, teams from Europe have a high level of quality, every year they further refine the skills of the players who compete in Europe, while what has happened in America and Africa is the opposite, every year the Africans are declining, even reaching the level where local leagues are reducing the number of teams that participate in local leagues due to lack of money, this is because there is a lot of corruption in the African football and this has only gotten worse every year, the African player just keeps praying to go and play in Europe, he doesn't expect anything good coming from the local league in the country of Africa

Manchester City.
Congratulations on your pick, it's obvious anyway that the English will carry that trophy because Fluminense isn't just in the same level as Manchester even with the handicap of not having the stars playing, they were still able to pull it off. Really felt bad about Fluminense though, at the middle of the game, they seem to have a different energy and they weren't able to match what Manchester was putting all throughout the match, I mean it's a 4-0 but as @rdluffy has said:.

Ah yes. I didn't watch the game but I knew that Manchester City would win because English teams have superceded their opponents especially when their opponents are lesser known or an underdog. It would take a really determined team to cause such an upset and it's just unfortunate that Fluminense isn't one of such teams. 4-0 goal margin5in a final match is no small feat.

The FIFA Club World Cup was created in 2000. Before that, it had a different format and was called the Intercontinental Cup or the Toyota Cup

I can hardly even risk saying that it is impossible for an African player to be given two options: playing in Africa or playing in Europe in a big team and he refuses the offer to play in Europe, because he knows that when he plays in Europe , they will recognize his real value, he will be popular, he will earn a lot of money and that is something tempting that no new player would refuse. Now in the case of the American continent, players have good salary and living conditions compared to players who play in Africa. But even so, the player from America knows that he won't be called to play on the national team while he's playing in America, he knows he won't be famous while he's playing in America, that's why they fight to play in Europe.

In this final game it was very visible how Manchester City had a quality that the opponent did not have, the quality of Manchester City's passes were at a level that was incomprehensible to the opponent, I always say that Brazilian football is very slow, and very amateur and this was very visible in this game, the Europeans have a game with very quick passes and high precision in their passes, while in Brazil the style of play is very irritating, they don't have high quality and precise passes, they don't have passes that They make the audience that is watching go crazy and happy and to make matters worse the players seem to be very relaxed. it was quite obvious that manchester city would win as soon as anyone saw the squad they would enter the field

Manchester City got into the Cup being the UEFA champions of 2023. And we know there's no comparison to European clubs with any clubs anywhere else.
European leagues are the dream for every emerging players around the world. Non-european nations which have a good football environment like Brazil and Argentina has almost all of their top players play in European leagues. All of the top performing players except a few exceptions, chose Europe for there career.
On the overall history of the Cup, brazilian team has won 4 times in earlier format while rest 16 times has been from EPL, La liga, Serie A or Bundesliga.

I think we all know that Manchester City is much better than Fluminense, but that doesn't mean Fluminense doesn't deserve to be champion and beat Manchester City, but it seems that in terms of strength it is also very different because Manchester City is far above average when viewed in terms of players even though they play with Their second tier can definitely win against Fluminense.

But it seems that Manchester City didn't take Fluminense too lightly because this was the final match of the World Cup between clubs so Guardiola still played several key players which ultimately led Manchester City to a landslide win 4 - 0 without reply. I just saw an interesting game played by Manchester City considering Manchester City in the domestic league is less consistent. they were different yesterday. congratulations to Manchester City  Wink

Manchester City vs Fluminense

Manchester City as champions of the UEFA European Champions League for the 2022/2023 season.
Fluminense as champions of the Copa Libertadores for the 2023/2023 season.

The final match of the FIFA Club World Cup was held in Jeddah, at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium.
The referee for this match will be Szymon Marciniak from Poland.
About 30 minutes from now, the match will kick off.

Who do you think will be better at lifting this trophy? Whether Manchester City or Fluminense.

During the inter-club World Cup, Fluminense played very well, they even managed to win against Al Ahly with a score of 2-0 in the last semifinal, but facing Man City is not an easy matter, especially since Man City is a team that can currently be said to be strongest in the world because they succeeded in becoming UCL champions.
Based on the statistics of the match, it is clear that Flumnense played quite well, they succeeded in getting 45% ball position, but the attacks carried out by Fluminense were not very effective, some of the opportunities created did not really threaten Man City's goal. Alvarez's quick goal in the 1st minute showed that the class of the two teams was very different, congratulations to man city.

I mean the stats in terms of possession and accuracy are so close so it's definitely right to say that they did well but it's not enough because of the aggressiveness of Manchester City when it comes to their attempts at scoring a goal.

it's true, Fluminense had an excellent Libertadores and an excellent Club World Cup, but they found themselves faced with aliens who won everything there was to win, furthermore Fluminense has some old guys unfortunately with a very high average age
Cano 35 years old, Keno 34 years old, Ganso 34 years old, Marcelo 35 years old, Melo 40 years old. In short, the fact that they played a world final could already be such a victory for them

You forgot the goalkeeper Fabio, he's only 43 years old  Cool Cool Cool
Even though they are considered "old" in soccer, I believe it is a good change for soccer that players are playing longer at a good level
Even though they lost to M.City, I don't think it had anything to do with the age of the players, on the contrary it may have helped

I remember in 2011 when Santos reached the final of the World Cup and played against Barcelona
Santos had no less than Neymar, Ganso and Elano in the same team, all young players, a fast, agile team, but they were no match for the Spanish team who also won 4x0. The coach was the same: Guardiola  Cheesy

Manchester City managed to beat Fluminense with an unreasonable score for a prestigious final event.
Not even a minute, just a few seconds after the kick off whistle, Alvarez immediately scored a goal.

Manchester City's opponents, Fluminense: opponents who don't fight back.
But, thanks to Fluminense who managed to play in the final. There are still many things that need to be changed to be better.
To Manchester City, congratulations on making history.

We will still wait for a review of the results of this match before I lock this topic.

Even though it was 4x0, I think Fluminense did well in the World Cup
I know you don't follow Brazilian soccer and most of you don't know Fluminense, but the team also had a great Brazilian championship, won the Libertadores and got to the World Cup with all the merits possible

It's a difficult task to beat M.City even without Haaland and De Bruyne, so the Brazilian team ends the year with something to be proud of
I managed to win the bet, because I bet on M. City

And I'll give you sonething to take in consideration, I posted this in my thread:

I'll give you something nice to compare, with approximate values
Manchester City's estimated monthly salary: €18 million
Fluminense's estimated monthly salary: €1.67 million

A well deserving team won another championship, congrats to Manchester and to those who place their bet on this team. I thought the match will be a close up but it ended up with a huge upset at 4-0, Manchester really shows a champion team and claiming back the title. Fluminese might fell short but still they have a great season and for sure they will come back stronger next world cup. Manchester is the team favorite and they didn’t fail their fans as they get the Championship again.
Manchester City's win over Fluminense has shown that premier league top contenders are always in better shape and chance to win over other league top clubs no matter how well performed they are in their respective league.

Despite Manchester City's poor performance, they were able to win Fluminense, the champions of the Copa Libertadores. Isn't it noteworthy that the Premier League is among the world's most competitive leagues? A team cannot compete with or hold off a premier league team, much alone one of its top contenders who win the league trophy or finish top in their match table each season, if they are not prepared enough.

Congrats to Manchester City for having their first trophy of this season. More should come as the season goes further

Manchester City vs Fluminense
I have never heard of the Fluminense team, today is my first time. Had I picked before the game, I still would have chosen Manchester City to win the game because even though they have not been as undeafeatable as they were last season, they are still a very strong team to play against especially in finals of any competition.

I just imagine how the medal cabinet of the Manchester City coach will be because he has been consistent with winning trophies from Barcelona, Bayern and  presently Manchester City. The only other coach to have won more trophies than he has is Carlo Ancelloti.

Who do you think will be better at lifting this trophy? Whether Manchester City or Fluminense.

Short answer; I strongly believe that Manchester City  will carry the trophy.
The performance of Manchester city will determine if they will make away with trophy or not, because I know very well that Manchester city have performing players and them carrying the trophy will be determine by seriousness and desperation because if they don't have the courage as a team they will not defeat their counterparts the performance of Fluminense is too poor to be compared with Manchester city performance.

Manchester city has won this match already. I know this should be one of the simplest match for them this season.. Although some simple match can be lose if the opponent team is over under-rated. I'm glad that Manchester city didn't miss out here.
