Yeah. I am very happy with the normal return of bitcoin. And the price has also started to rise again even bit by bit. But it does not matter, most probably all bitcoin users are starting to rediscover their trust in bitcoin.
I don't know if this will continue to survive or not, surely we all know that although there is a decrease there must be an increase. And hopefully all hope users of crypto can be realized in the next few years.

Anything involving bitcoin at the moment - be it lower fees or faster transactions, is happening as a result of the current state of the market, which is been affected by certain factors resulting to it. I would like to say that the above mentioned, should not be used to judge the normalcy of the currency at the moment.
Hopefully, there will be normal last week Bitcoin was too low. All crypto has been affected for this down.
Once LN is fully implemented and if it proves to lower fees and transaction time then you will see BitCoin really take off. The only thing that will hinder its growth will be the constant FUD from possible bans by governments and regulators. 2018 looks like a good year for BTC.
Every year is a good year for btc because it keeps increasing, yes constant fud affects the price of btc but it's only temporary and btc price will continue to rise. Now it's getting more stable. I am expecting that btc price in continue to rise after february. I hope whales will gonna pump again the btc.

i think lower fees and faster transaction caused by the there are just a little transaction so the transacation will be fast. if the bitcoin price high again the transaction and the fees will be slow again and expensive again. Can this please keep itself like this permanently?

Yeah its good to hear that the bitcoin is going back again for now. And not only that. The price are stafting to rising up again and again. Not only the bitcoin but also the other coins in the top list i think will back on their feet.i really really happy becausr now there are many new investors now and about the transacting. It is not very exciting a scenario where Bitcoin starts to work as it should only when people are getting depressed for its falling price so that they stop to use it. 
Bitcoin is like a weather every second change the price and value, bitcoin he cannot be stable her price always. If bitcoin make it steady that's the time you feel happy and glad.

In my opinion, transactions are getting to normal due to less users transacting nowadays. Many might have left bitcoin and uses other cryptocurrency. Also as you can see, bitcoin price is getting a bit lower from before, it only proves that many are selling and less transactions hapenning. Maybe the problem might hit again once the bitcoin price rise very high again, although i hope it will not. Can this please keep itself like this permanently?
It could be temporary, we need to wait a little more, as the BTC price has dropped recently. When it reaches higher prices as in 2017 the behaviour of high fess and slow transactions may return.
I think the transaction fee is now only low because of the dropped transaction activities in BTC. However, an increase in the activity will make the fees go up again. Also I think the high fees in BTC makes it what it is today. There is also highest profit in BTC

The waves are receding, we just wait for the time when the wave back. Price movements that only move in the range of $11k and $ 12k make the demand and supply is always balanced.
