If ever the fight happens, Im sure it will be boxing and not UFC. I'm sure MayWeather and his team are smart enough to know that they will be destroyed if they try out UFC right now. Look at MayWeather's age, Im sure he's not up to any fights that arent in his comfort zone. If Kabib does agree to box MayWeather, I am pretty sure MayWeather got this in his bag. I know Khabib can take punches and a lot of them but MMcompA and Boxing are completely different sports. Its like asking a Painter(who paints walls) to compete against a Painter-Artist at a portrait making competition. Yeah, they both paint but the odds that the wall painter will beats the Artist is slim. Looking forward to it though. You can understand the reason why Mayweather isnt going after boxers of his division class and theres a threat in those scenarios but he knows that MMA fighter into the boxing arena is basically like tying somebody's legs and asking him to box.

He obviously made money from the Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather fight, tons of it actually. Conor McGregor is under UFC's contract, so it was a clash of two worlds. Dana White was always there during all negotiation times. The deal was probably split but I don't know the exact %.
In fact Dana White just said that the meet with Floyd Mayweather yesterday. Dana is now saying that Khabib will not fight Floyd in a boxing match, that he is very welcomed on the octagon but he will not let Khabib go to the boxing match. Dana doesn't want to see another big name getting beaten up by a 40 year old boxer so he wants to lure Floyd into the octagon for a massive payday. I hope Floyd is smart enough to know that he has no business there. His job is to bring Khabib into the ring. That doesn't matter really. As long as his match with Gregor was concerned, it could have been a fixed match and Gregor lost for winning a huge sum of money! We all know how smart and wise Floyd is. He won't going to do the fight if it's in octagon where it's a disadvantage to him. Imo if the fight will happen in boxing ring, Floyd will win but if it's in octagon, it will be Khabib's victory. In the end it's all about money and clean record for Floyd.

This is not a good fight for both fighters. Surely they will get the money they want but will leave a bad taste to boxing and MMA. As i see it, Khabib will surely lost to Floyd in boxing while Floyd will be eaten alive by Khabib in the octagon. I hope that Dana will interfere with this one, he knows that Floyd is only after the money in fighting with MMA fighters and will be destroying only their reputation.

This isnt a sports but a disrespectful thing to be done by a fighter.It did make some noise but not really an impressive thing to boost out some good impacts on his career and also this isnt a difficult fight for him but

I think that Conor is a better boxer than Khabib and he definitely lost his fight with Floyd and in this match wrestling skills don't matter at all. It would be a great middle finger from Khabib to Conor if he'd win vs Floyd and achieve what Conor couldn't, but I just don't see how it could be possible. He's out of his league here.

It will have a huge betting as people are really fond of this type of wrestling and having such big players on the field will definitely lure all the major gamblers to be bet on their favorites and choose who will be wining. All the best to everyone who would be betting on them.
It will be an interesting fight but after seeing Mcgregor VS Mayweather in a boxing match I really think that a boxer would surely win and if this fight would go on the same thing will just happen, It is like a Shark VS a Tiger the only problem is the Shark was not in the water which is very unfair, We will just make a handicap over a mixed martial artist that is well known to his environment to a pro boxer that is pretty much well versed in a boxing ring and the boxing rules, and just like the article that had been brought up this fight will not happen and I really think people are well aware of who's gonna win.
