Save your wallet file in an usb pendrive , delete the wallet and re-install it again.
236coin received , no problem ,very good
And quite a lot of very cheap coin still

wallet is automatic sync ...... but sometimes u gotta addnodes ...
first try opening the wallet and letting it open for 5-10 mins
Then close and Reopen ....
That should fix problem IF not then try addnodes
