Why is my bitcoin transfer "Pending"?
Last Updated: May 15, 2013 07:04PM PDT
Bitcoin transactions show up in your account almost instantly (just a few seconds) but stay "Pending" for about one hour until they are verified by the network. Once a transaction is verified, it will show "Complete" in green.  This lets you know that the transaction cannot be reversed and that the funds can be withdrawn.

Due to a certain degree of randomness, sometimes pending transactions aren't picked up by the bitcoin blockchain as quickly as usual. The transaction should go through eventually - if it doesn't for 24 hours it will be automatically cancelled and you can re-initiate it.

If you're wondering about a pending bitcoin purchase, you can read more here.

Never had this from them until today.  Has Any body ever had this happen?

Yes, I've had a coinbase transaction pending between them and my wallet for 8 hours before, despite the "instant purchase".  No clue what happens, but eventually the tx shows up on the blockchain.

Feedback from anyone that's tried any of these is appreciated!
AiTech 10 port case looks similar/identical to Juiced hub, different name only (branding)?

once you get AiTech going, please post a review on the USB HUB thread!

Since your using a RPi try to stay clear of raspberian.  It has a wonky install of libusb that has been causing problems.  Arch Linux has been verified as working.

Feedback from anyone that's tried any of these is appreciated!

I bought the Juiced 10-port from Amazon and suggest getting something else.  It'll run 8 erupters but when you plug in a 9th it starts to lose contact with one, then another, then another and the only way to fix that is either restart cgminer or unplug/replug the miner.  The Anker's extra amp makes a big difference.

Adding insult to injury my Raspberry Pi can't see this hub at all, so I think I'm going to order the Anker from Amazon and return this one.

are you still selling the anker hubs? i can't even find the 10 port ones on amazon at this point Sad
nope, they stopped making them...

Juiced is what you can use in it's place but you may need to put more airflow on that one

I've decided to try these two:
Anker 9port +1 charging (maybe 9 devices and 1 fan?), with 5A power supply:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005NGQWL2

And an AiTech 10port, with 4A power supply:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009NESU4M

I'm also finally going to go for a RPi.  So will be testing 4 diff. 10 port hubs on it.  (Roswill, the old Anker (which I hear works), the new Anker, and the AiTech).

Feedback from anyone that's tried any of these is appreciated!

I've been thinking of getting a few of this device.  Though I've been mining for a year now, I've been relying on GUIMiner to run my GPUs (which have worked well for me) just because I'm CLI-challenged and dread the thought of it (cgiminer, bfgminer, etc.).  Is there an instruction or tutorial somewhere on how to setup these babies that I can peruse beforehand and see if I'm up to the challenge?  Smiley
bfgminer is super easy.  so is cgminer

run "bfgminer.exe -G -S all" that's it... -G is to ignore GPUs if you wish to run on the same box and keep using GUIminer for GPUs.
see this page here: http://eligius.st/~gateway/products/block-erupter-sapphire
before running bfgminer, install the driver listed on the above link
Thanks, man.  Working on the order right now.
