are you reserving spots in this one?
I'd rather not, but I'm willing to reserve 1 or 2 if it's going to be a short period of time like ~1 hour and there are still lots of spots left. I won't reserve the final couple spots. Would be great to see some winners before they go to bed.

I always wondered how refunds worked, can I get your opinion on the topic as one of the most trusted escrow on site, and also a bitcointalk treasuer?
When offering refunds if I sent 0.01 BTC? Do you send me back 0 01 BTC? Or 0.01 BTC minus the tx fee? Who does the tx fee fall on is my question. Because I feel as if the person giving the refund, IE you, is not responsible for the tx fee so if you are doing refunds, the person requesting the refund should be liable for the tx fee

Depends on the scenario. I try to take it on a case by case basis and do what I feel is right. In this scenario, I would be fine with covering the transaction fee. I typically always cover the fee to be honest, but if someone is being a dick I might make them pay it.
