For Utility Token Offering will be issued 100 million FMT, out of which 20 million FMT available for sales.
More detailed information can be found in whitepapers.
Price of ETH growth, so now wonder that they accept Ethereum.

I think it is very convenient that the amount you have invested is kept in the Escrow by Custodian and you get Interest on that amount, good move from the team

Now KYC became obligatory for many projects to identify the users and token holders. Even DeFi projects use KYC procedures to identify the users of the platform.
