I guess my real question is: What is the process by which we complete this transaction? Do I pay first, and then you ship to my FFL?
Correct!
1. You pay.
2. You tell me your local FFL (if you need help finding a local FFL, I'm totally happy to assist).
3. I take the guns to my Local FFL.
4. My local FFL ships to your FFL.
5. You go down to your FFL and pick up the guns!
Super simple and reasonably fast. I do my part of the deal same day generally and my FFL is timely as well!
I'll be here to hold your hand the whole time.

Yes. All of these have serial numbers and fully transferable to a United States FFL of your choice without the need of any additional tax stamps or such.
