Good for you I guess, but seriously that is like $0.20 USD.  Not much to brag about in my opinion.  Kind of cool that you got it on your first try though.

He doesn't seem the bragging type but it's about the win not the winnings Smiley

grats man , it's small prize but I think anything is better than playing poker on facebook for example
the main purpose of freerolls is to have fun and to test the software , and some people here don't like small prizes !!
well then they need to fill their cashier and start playing real money games  Grin

Yes, he had fun and got some good practice in and got a small reward. (better than nothing I guess) but one hour is kinda a long time to play a game like poker for online like that.

played my first freeroll on sealswithclubs and got second for 300 bits.  I know its not much but not bad for an hour of poker for fun and free

I thought the owner of this site got into trouble with the law and the site was shut down  Huh

Yeah, you're right; I get confused too. I thought sealswithclubs has already depleted and make an upgrade. Anyway, it seems its an achievement for him. He got the luck, Poker is a skill game; you should make a smart move to win.

yeah congrats for your win , as already told by several but why you talk about sealswithclubs and then post a screenshot with a totally different site ( a mavens' one by the way)?

Congrats on your first victory even it is some what low but that is very precious to be the winner into any game. I'm quite sure if you'll keep doing this job than one day it will bring some big winning towards you. That kind of activities is good to increase our skill by playing with more experienced players.

Congrats on your win, OP! It may seem like a small amount, but remember, when you win in bitcoin, it's like an earnings multiplier. I remember playing in as many poker freerolls as I could find. My total winnings were modest, but when bitcoin soared to $1200, they didn't seem too shabby after all.

Well, congratulations Smiley
I always thought that those freerolls  are rigged in some way.
Couple years back was playing on nonBTC online casino and two times in a row
I have got pair of Jacks... same colour, same order. what was the chance for that?
This gave me the impression of fixed game against bot or people with card counting
systems, if there is such a thing.
Now with bitcoin casinos rising like shrooms after rain, Im just to sceptical about
online poker. Good thing that forums like this exist in case of hoaxes etc.

OP is really very happy with his first win in a freerole games and he is expressing it , that is not bad whatever the winning may be but the first winning gives you more pleasure, I have seen so many threads expressing only their loss and blaming the site as cheater or scammer.

The winning amount of bitcoin is not high but for OP first winning for that he is happy and we should appreciate it not to make fun on him.

I think op won first time on any online poker site and than reward amount is not how much it is, it is natural feeling to get excited like this when someone get rewarded for first time but it is just a beginning and I hope op will post something big very soon.
Yeah, it's really like that, when you first got into the money on poker, you are really really happy and excited. haha

I think the freerolls on big poker websites that have them running multiple times a day pay up to 10-20 usd for a first place. You have to fight a thousand others though, so the chances of winning are much much smaller.

Anyway, good job on getting in the money, now try to build you stash from those bits with good bankroll management.

The most important is he enjoyed playing the poker. I have tried also using my mobile phone, you should know and have the knowledge before playing with real money. It is hard to win there especially the other users are professional.

Never seen that site and i think you are just promoting it not to share what you experience because if you ask it to other people here they didnt know that site.. its better to play in trial to other legit sites its more fun for me.. you are making too low profit 300 bits is low for me..  and i think its risky to play in that sites because its new to my eyes..

congrats man, if you just played for fun and for improvements on online poker, it is definitely worth it, but for profit, no, maybe you can try other sites which also have better poker free rolls.

Congrats to the OP. Although the 300 bits is an extremely low amount of satoshi if you have played poker for an hour, the good thing for the OP is since he/she came second at the tournament, this has raised his/her morale for sure, so now the OP can try a real tournament where you can deposit money to play and the price for coming second will be much higher. Thats the only good thing out of the story of the OP. 300 bits is a ridiculous amount of bitcoin to lose your time trying to win them.

your first post is about 300 bits which I don't even know how many satoshi  that is? is it 30k sat? or 300k? any ways at least you can post the
Link to that site not just write it  with no spaces.

300bits is 30k satoshi. It is not worth enough to spend an hour starring at PC's screen just for 30k satoshi. Just curious how much is the prizepool of the freeroll? Is it 1mbtc freeroll, so you got 300bits and the first winner got 700bits?

300 bits its a very low reward for second place, but its a freeroll and he/she enjoyed playing poker. I played more than once without any money reward, only for fun i don't see any problem with this.

300 bits is nothing. Why did'nt they just put some adds around and increase your payout, a whole hour is alot to play for then you only rewarded with 300bits ? Lol then you lose your 3oobits in 2 seconds playing dice. -_-
