If flash-wallet is a requirement, it should have been stated before I spent a week wearing an add signature for free.
How it was a week ago, the deal was simple; we wear the signature, we make constructive posts, we get paid, and anyone who wants it can get a bonus.
This is the deal we signed up for, no one said anything that required us to use the stuff we are promoting, a pseudo-cryptocurrency (pre-mined private blockchain) with spend limits, required e-mail verification, KYC, and monitoring of transactions, that doesn't let me create a wallet because it claims I live in New York (it apparently also blocks tor exit nodes).
Later, someone got the idea that the deal can be changed halfway through.
This is not how deals work, if you made a deal, stick to it.
The extra promotion caused by compulsory wallets is probably outweigh anyway, by the shadow cast over the project by a scam signature campaign.

Sign up bonus will be paid in Flashcoin for which I am responsible and I will send it once I get all participants Flash address. For btc payment,op will send it directly to participants.
P.S : Spreadsheet will be updated within 12 hrs.Existing participants whose ranks goes up will be given preference to fill the spot available for higher rank.
New applicant will be accepted if thers is a spot after adjusting current participants rank

Like i wrote I'm not against you, but in the first post still this looks like option:
To receive your bonus Flash, include your Flashcoin account public address or email address
From sentence like this, many people can understand that it is their choice if they want receive this bonus or not.
Maybe still it is good moment to change that, and move this part to "rules". Much better will be add there something like "Every participant have to open MEGAFLASH wallet". Life will be easiest for everyone

It only takes few minutes to sign up for a Flashcoin wallet
This would be true if the website actually worked.The "generate wallet" button is like a placebo button, except it does not even pretend to do anything.
