This site is legit but I don't think they will be able to run their project for long time.

Actually not any other site support exchange bitcoin with paypal but they started. I think they launched their site to make some quick cash with 20% exchange fees. But paypal will never let them continue for long time.

It is legit but against paypal terms and conditions. If paypal don't suspend their account they will be fine.
