Nothing wrong with your first post but can I give you some advice. Click on Preview before posting and double check your post for mistakes. Everything is so pieced together and unappealing for the eye.

You end one sentence and start the next one without an empty space between the words:

no better place to do that than here.Based on my past experience
the following points.Here are some
learn more, the ability to learn from others
rank or experience of others,if they can do it

Separate the different paragraphs and thoughts and make people interested in reading what you have to say.

Enjoy your stay on the forum.

It is weird that as a newbie you coming here to start with guidelines.

I think so, too. Normally, newbies start a thread seeking for information. But since the forum has so much improved now, almost everything that a newbie should know has already been discussed. Maybe that's why OP already came up with this guideline. However, I would like to commend OP reading and exploring here first, as well as inquiring to those who he/she think knows more in this forum. Keep that up and you can achieve your goal in no time.

Because you need a food for thoughts, I have some for you to eat and enjoy.
[GUIDES] on Bitcointalk. Index thread (until there is a dedicated subforum?)
However, I don't know why you should introduce yourself to the forum members. It is unnecessary, in my opinion.
i think it is time to announce my arrival in the forum and there is no better place to do that than here.

After exploring the forum for several days without a comment, and after asking different questions about do and don't of the forum from the one that introduced me to the forum,i think it is time to announce my arrival in the forum and there is no better place to do that than here.Based on my past experience in other forum, i will like to share the following points. Here are some of the things that can help us to succeed in a forum:
a).Everyone must learn to see things from others point of view. Never conclude based on your perspective alone but try and see it the way others are seeing it then you can make your conclusion.
b).Irrespective of what you think you know, you must know there are rooms to learn more, the ability to learn from others is all that requires to stand out.
c).Never allow low self esteem. Don't be intimidated by rank or experience of others,if they can do it then you can do it,be ready to make extraordinary contribution through research and hard work also be ready to make others learn from you.
d).Don't hold offense. Forum can be full of so many misconceptions, do not allow yourself to be distracted, you must make up your mind to achieve your goal no matter what anybody does.
e).Make research often and often in the forum in order not to miss out of opportunity forum can be full of so many opportunities but only those that are relentless in making research can be part of it.
f).Learn to be at the right place at the right time. The truth is that, some section in the forum need more attention than others,it has always been like that everywhere.
Looking forward to move higher faster than I thought.
