This is a fresh rumor and I would not be surprised if in the end Barcelona is only able to bring in players as free agents. It was like last summer when they got Gundogan for free but it was still worth it considering Gundogan is a good player and is even a captain at Manchester City. You are right that comparing Richarlison with Kane will of course never be comparable because Kane himself is one of the best players England has and he has created quite lot of goals for the team he plays for.

This is no surprise at all as few other players like Firmino have expressed disappointment in their move to the Saudi league saying it has not been favorable since they joined.
