While we are getting closer to the transfer window there are some players who are out of the teams and the should be hired probably by other teams during this winter.
De Gea is a player who didn't play for any team after he left Manchester United.
Alan Shearer the former player of Newcastle started talking about this player and he said Eddie Howe should hire De Gea during January for this team because Nick Pope the first goalkeeper of Neacastle is injured and can't play for his team because of shoulder pain.
I think De Gea will chose to play for a team and Newcastle seems interesting option for him.

In the era where money is now priorities, I'm not sure if players still look at the love of club over money. Sometimes I look back at the prime of Ronaldinho, Drogba, Zidane and Kaka, if they are now the type of players we have now, only God knows the kind of money and offers that will be coming to their table. No wonder we don't see this type of wonderful players again, transfers and agents is now more of political and lobbying and that's why we have a player like Maguire still rated on Manchester United.

Pape Daouda Diong is one of the Senegal U-17 national team players who played in the U-17 World Cup, he is one of Senegal's key players who succeeded in showing a good performance. Chelsea's interest in Diong is because he has a bright future based on his current form. I have seen lot of clubs who have faced such situation so it is also important for a club to focus on young talents also to groom them for the time being so that they can use them later on when the club needs them.

About signing of Caicedo, I think Chelsea did a good job signing him. It takes some time for a new player to adjust into the squad and Caicedo really is a strong player. So far I think he is doing a decent job at Chelsea. I think it will take time for Pape to replace Caicedo as Caicedo has plenty of experience as compared to Pape and in my opinion Poch also will give more priority to Caicedo over Pape for a regular squad. For 100+ million Euros, Caicedo sure was expensive but I really don't agree that it was a huge failure as he has been doing his job quite well in my opinion.

Same as me, im very unfamiliar with this name and this is another stupid move from chelsea. One option we are exploring is to recruit a player who is not familiar with the EPL and has no previous experience playing in the league. How can pochettino able to make chelsea to perform better once the club was always wasting its resource to recruit the young players with no experience in EPL. This is an example about how stupid pochettino is. he doesn't even know how competitive EPL is right now. Pochettino keeps repeat the same mistake anytime.
No doubt if some chelsea fans are starting to yell pochettino out. I can feel what the fans are feeling about chelsea right now. It's full with uncertainty and inconsistency.

Jesus Christ!! I don't know how you go ahead to say things like this comfortably, How can you say Caicedo is a failed player? All he needs has to be some good level of consistentcy so he can bounce back. Not just him Mauricio Pochetino should know how to manage the big names, failure to do that as a manager then you don't deserve to be in that club as a manager.

I don't even know this player called Papa Daouda, I'll go see his highlights on YouTube to see what he brings into the Chelsea squad. They uave too much young players now they have to try to mix them up with experience players.
