Yes Victor Osimhen has bagged a new contract with a release clause and i believe thats the best decision and contract for both parties as the striker market is slim and small in football today.

The deal does make sense because it is an insurance for all parties involved. I guess Osimhen got his salary increased significantly in return and he could also have cashed in a lump sum in exchange for the release clause. At the same time this release clause is not some bogus amount like Barcelona implements them when they say that this player or that player has a release clause in the amount of a billion euros. 130 million euors, or whatever it is in that ballpark, seems to be wisely chosen for both sides because Napoli doesn't have to get into stupid back and forth with any club that wants Osimhen and they know what they get in case Osimhen wants to leave.

Taking my eyes on the transfer is definitely my target and I would really love to see Victor Osimhen wear the blues jersey. Seems not possibility for signing Victor Osimhen on January window transfer opening, many teams will prefer for next season despite some teams interested with Osimhen not participants yet in Champion League such as Chelsea. Napoli current standings in domestic league not secure yet and still out from top fourth position, I think Walter Mazzari won't sell him in January transfer window and keep ask Osimhen stay with Napoli until the end of this season and help Napoli finish top fourth standings in domestic league and can lead until quarter or semifinal stage in champion league. Less possibility with Victor Osimhen will leave Napoli on next window transfer opening because hi service most need by the team.

Any team that wants to sign Osimhen should start bidding now. He's going to be among the hot players in the market this summer and a team that doesn't prepare won't be able to sign him.

Anyone who's followed the development of Napoli striker Victor Osimhen over the years I don't think should in any way be doubting the scoring capability of the Nigeria international. For a fact, he scored more goals at this stage of the campaign last season than than he has managed to score this season but that doesn't mean that clubs are trying to wait a little longer before they can officially table their offer for him because they're trying to know of he's just a one-season star player.

In recent weeks, Victor Osimhen has been very productive for his Napoli team and his performance in the club's last game was so impressive that many who thought he was up to the media hypes he receives to have a rethink. Last season was great for the player, the fans and everyone in the club because they worked together and had that togetherness amongst themselves to win the trophy they haven't won in years.

And at the same time even if he performs well alone, it is not going to make much of a difference because the team is still going to lose if the whole team does not perform well. I think it is going to be a mistake if he decides to stay here for too long. He should already be thinking about his next club. I understand why he stayed in the first place. After all, they were doing really well. But things are starting to go south now. It will be better for him to move.
