I do not think that they are really lacking any financial muscle to bring in a 4 million euro player. I have never heard of this kid before so I wanted to check his transfermarkt page, and he looks like he worths 4 million, sure maybe they would have to pay more, but how much more, you shouldn't pay 20 for a player that worths 4, who would want to do that, let him grow somewhere else and make money for that club, Barcelona is not a stepping stone type of team, you do not go from there to a "better" team, Barcelona is the destinations, you have to be there and make that profit.

I believe it is going to be a little tough and we need to arrange something that needs to be a bit more careful because if they keep spending their money to players like these, of course they will end up bankrupted.

The problem is whether Casemiro is willing to do that. It is very appropriate and sensible, one easy way is to just transfer shares to a rich sultan but that will not happen and all Barcelona can do is get free players and build talent from academic players and if academic players can have reliable talent it can also be a good investment sell the player to improve his finances.
I saw you say that Barcelona wants to sell Lewandowski in another thread and I really hope that Lewandowski changes his mind to accept the offer from the Arab club because with this both parties, the club and Lewandowski also benefit so that Barcelona can keep young players who have more of a future better quality.
