I'm not sure how much a team should spend for a palyer like Jesse Lingard but it seems this palyer is expensive even for the Saudi teams and they don't want to spend too much money for this palyer.
Jesse Lingard was recently playing for Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, and West Ham but he had poor performance after 2021 and he scored only two goals in the 20 games.

https://talksport.com/football/1609868/jesse-lingard-al-ettifaq-transfer-man-utd/
It's a shame that Jesse Lingard used to be a promising player and since he had a bad season at several EPL clubs, every year his quality has started to decline. I heard news that the deal with Al-Ettifaq failed because Jesse Lingard wanted a big salary and he rejected the offer made by Al-Ettifaq. I think anyone would want a big salary in the Saudi league, especially now that it has become a trend for European players, but Jesse Lingard also has to realize that if he wants a big salary, it must be commensurate with the quality he provides.

Saudi league teams are not only chasing famous players but they are also competing and I think Al-Ettifaq's decision is very reasonable to offer according to the qualities that Jesse Lingard has. If he doesn't go to the Saudi league then he will be back home without a job and that would be a shame for his career.
Yes, Jesse Lingard's performance is indeed decreasing every year because considering that he is getting older, of course his strength is no longer as optimal as it was when he was under 30 years old. Even though 30 years old actually doesn't look old, it seems like Jesse Lingard has lost the enthusiasm he had unlike when he was in Manchester United and at West Ham.
It's possible that currently he's playing because he just needs a salary without having to improve his performance and it's only natural that Etifaq offers a salary that matches his quality because Jesse Lingard's quality is no longer as good as when he was young.
This should be a pretty good offer for him to be able to join a Saudi Arabian club like Ettifaq following Ronaldo and Neymar and he can play well there unlike when he was in the EPL and can develop his career not only in the European league.

In fact, age is not a problem if Jesse Lingard is serious about achieving achievements like Ronaldo and Messi. They are real football stars considering that he is no longer young, but his performance is still quite good to date.

Still, I can't understand how some players can't have good performances even if they are only 30 year old just like Jesse Lingard but on the other hand, some players like Ronaldo can even have better performances when they get older. I think Jesse Lingard didn't have a good file style compared to other professional players, otherwise, this player could still play in the top European teams instead of waiting for an offer from Saudi teams.

looking at Brighton current achievements which are better than before and it all thanks to Mitoma, I doubt the party will still not sell him because right now Brighton really has a more perfect line up than the previous season and on the one hand Mitoma is very enthusiastic about making a contribution with the talent he has, Brighton performance is more stable even though sometimes it looks inconsistent, but that is a natural thing and I am very sure that Mitoma already has comfort in his current team, unless a big team makes a very big offer, maybe something will change.
For now with so many interested clubs actually if Brighton is still money-oriented they should immediately prepare to sell Mitoma just like some previous players like Caicedo, Trossard or MacAllister but it looks like they want to pursue something else now.
Brighton's current strength is the same as Leiceser in the previous few seasons where they are dark horses and of course they cannot sell all their core players because this could destroy Brighton's balance.
With Mitoma's contract extension, Brighton fans can expect more even though the top 4 will definitely be difficult to achieve but they can still compete as a dark horse in the race for the Europa League or Conference League zone. At the same time with Mitoma's contract extension now until the next few seasons, this indirectly dashed the hopes of several big clubs eyeing Mitoma in the transfer later.

According to the https://www.90min.com/posts/arsenal-monitoring-douglas-luiz-following-failed-2022-transfer

Quote
Arsenal remain interested in trying to sign Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa following his excellent start to the 2023/24 season, sources have confirmed to 90min.

No doubt if arteta has interest toward him. It's caused by douglas has been performing even better in aston villa since he was getting three bids from arsenal last year but aston villa has been rejecting it all. Arteta is having willingness to recruit him once again.
It's likely that he will be trying so hard in getting douglas luiz to join in the arsenal in winter transfer season. Im not even feeling doubt since arteta was his fans too.
Douglas luis is showing more improvement on his skill after being coached by unay emery. I shall give him applause for his hard work. Arsenal just need to pay what aston villa wanted but this probably not small amounts of money.

Im not sure if kroenke will be also approving it caused by he has been spending a lot in the summer transfer season, arteta may face difficulty into recruiting him from aston villa caused by emery may not let him go out from the club too.
douglas is a worthy player to be gotten by arsenal.

Douglas Luiz had a good game yesterday and we start seeing rumours this is indeed funny. If Arsenal wants a player like him, then they will have to sell of a player for his coming. A player like the Italian jorginho needs to leave for that to happen.
Douglas Luiz last season late minute should have moved to Arsenal but they couldn't see that to be concluded.

Arsenal needs a replacement for Saka and that for someone to challenge that spot with Gabriel Jesus. They need players fighting to score goals. They need ensure winning a trophy is achieved.

Moreover if he continues to stay with Brighton, I not sure Mitoma will be able to get any titles or awards.
A good player needs a good club to be able to win titles, and I quite agree with you that if he stays at Brighton he will have difficulty getting titles and my prediction is that the best title that Brighton can get is only a domestic title like the FA Cup, because it seems that currently in the European League Brighton is not showing anything impressive enough.
But he has decided to extend his contract at Brighton of course with good considerations and he still has the opportunity to move if there is a club that is willing to buy him at the price set by Brighton because it seems that Brighton is also a club that funds its club by selling potential players, it is proven that they sell several players targeted by other clubs at high prices.
I think he might still play for another club and one of them is Manchester United because United is one of the clubs that is willing to buy players at high prices, maybe the appropriate price for Mitoma is above 50 million euros.

Everything is clear about him being linked to the several clubs if mitoma has decided to stay much longer in brighton rather than joining in the another club. I think that it's being baseless caused by we are taling something that has been fully verified even from mitoma's side itself.
Everything is clear about his transfer. We will not see him to go to the another club till a few years later. The big clubs need to wait until his contract will be running out with brighton.
Mitoma will not go anywhere.

Now Lionel Messi has denied the rumors circulating involving him with Barcelona. As we know, there are rumors that Barcelona wants Lionel Messi to return to the Blaugrana on loan from Inter Miami. But Lionel Messi feels he is having a good season with Inter Miami and he is very happy to be there. Lionel Messi also added that he wants to continue having a competitive season next season and wants to experience other extraordinary moments with Inter Miami.

I think with a statement like that it's quite clear that he won't be going anywhere even until February next year and he will stay at Inter Miami. I think Barcelona should give up and let Lionel Messi be happy with his new family at Inter Miami. Besides, what are they still looking for, will Barcelona, by being able to get a loan from Lionel Messi, be able to make money again and is that really their initial goal? What do you think?

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1716151482054001011
Honestly, I feel Barcelona's current stance seems more like a desperate attempt to reclaim some of their past glory. Remember, Messi left during turbulent times for the club. They still owe him money, roughly 50M euro, from back when the club faced financial troubles. Why would Messi want to go back?

I've watched Inter Miami flourish with Messi's presence. The man has brought in more than just his football skills; he's escalated the club's brand value, ticket sales, and jersey demand. Imagine being Inter Miami and hearing these rumors? After everything they've invested and achieved with Messi, Barcelona expects a loan? I firmly believe Messi has found his new home in Inter Miami. I respect Messi's decision and believe he's made the right choice for himself. Barcelona needs to move forward, not cling to their past
As a former club, Barcelona are shameless in expressing their desire for a loan for Lionel Messi and I think Barcelona must realize that a club is much bigger than a player. We definitely know this term and I think they have to forget about Lionel Messi and if Barcelona still can't move on now then they will be even further behind their eternal rival. We know that Real Madrid has also felt the loss of Cristiano Ronaldo since 2018 and they are aware that they will not forever depend on him because as time goes by a person's age increases. Slowly but surely Real Madrid regenerated from various positions and they managed to win the UCL title again in 2021.

Barcelona last won the UCL in 2015 and that was 8 years ago, but they still haven't been able to win the title again until now. So here it is quite clear that Barcelona's main goal in loaning Lionel Messi is to increase the club's prestige again as well as to do business and also (optional) to help them win the title again (especially the UCL). I think that must stop now and let the legend enjoy his retirement at Inter Miami.

I don't think anyone in Barcelona was seriously thinking about bringing Messi back. It’s one thing to do PR to get the support of nostalgic fans and just create information noise, and another thing to do this unrealistic thing.
And I can make a prediction: such rumors will appear for several more years (maybe even after Messi retires), this is the same as the story with Elvis Presley - some fanboys still think that he is alive and is about to be found (although even just biologically he should be dead).

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has had good scores last season and when he was brought on, he often used his chance and scored a goal. But the fundamental difference was that Bayern Munich didn't have a real striker last season and they were desperately trying to find a solution that consisted of some variations of their pool of offensive players. But now that they have Harry Kane this problem has been solved once and for all and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting only chance to get more minutes on the pitch would be when Harry Kane gets an injury. For as long as that doesn't happen, I don't think Tuchel considers Choupo-Moting except for games when Kane is given a break.

Tuchel and Nagelsmann's styles differ based on the systems the two coaches have developed. in the Nsgelsmann era, Maxim Choupo-Moting made quite a contribution. because Nagelsmann prefers his players to score goals in the penalty box area, Nagelsmann applies a system of piercing his opponent's defense, with a fast style of play. and uniquely, Choupo-Moting is always able to place his position correctly. and at least, he has scored 10 goals last season in the Bundesliga competition. changing coaches, changing systems and patterns too. But at least, the current Bayern squad is not as complicated as when it was under Nagelsmann, who often tinkered with its systems and patterns.

Tuhcel prioritizes the system that he always relies on, namely 4-2-3-1. plus, having Kane who is also always involved in building attacks or assists. Because of that, the coach really wants Kane's presence in this summer window. However, that doesn't mean they will let go of Choupo-Moting. although rumors had circulated, he was even linked with several premier league clubs. in fact, the striker from Cameroon was still retained. Even though he lost a lot of playing minutes, Tuchel still needed him as a backup for Harry Kane. Apart from that, Choupo-Moting can be played during other matches that are not too crucial, as you said. and what is certain is that their contribution is still needed. because Tuchel is well aware that he cannot expect more from their young player, Mathys Tel.

Saudi Arabia teams are collecting famous players regardless of their ages but also talented players and those who could still help them achieve their goals on winning domestic and international titles.

Saudi Arabia have long rooted for the pending popularity in football, definitely they're trying their best to match up strength with European football which is impossible to accomplish at the moment. They're driving at the center of attraction by signing inactive players, my suggestion would be, strive harder for the big names and important young players and not sort kind of old players that are almost within the range of retirement. Saudi Arabia have directed their focused on European players because that's specifically how to grow their domestic Saudi Pro League.

Is it purely for the sake of it? clubs that buy star players are teams in one PIF industry. I think they have a mission beyond that. They are on a mission to turn around the oil business that may soon run out. In addition, it seems that they are trying to host the 2034 world cup. They are trying to attract football fans to divert the football center that has been focused on Europe
First they wanted to boost the popularity of their League and now they've done it well. Having players with European labels coming in was a great way to make them as popular as they are now.
Talking about business, I'm not new to football being a promising business industry and we've seen that. A lot of rich people end up going directly into the world of football by buying shares in a club or something like that. Especially when they have a big hobby of football that will make them not hesitate to be part of this business.

There are speculations such as Lionel Messi can sign a loan contract with Barcelona in January. But it looks like Messi has refuted those news about him. I wouldn't have expected him to leave MLS right now either because it doesn't make sense at all. It hasn't been much time since he joined Inter Miami and he is making a lot of money there.

I can only give some probability to Messi's playing for Barcelona a little more before his retirement. But it is hard to predict when he would like to do that. He is 36 years old for now and maybe he would like to play for a few more years.

I don't see any reason for Nottingham Forrest need to keep Lingard, they should accept any amount that other club has interest want to sign him. His contract is near to end and they might get nothing since Lingard will become a free agent.

I think Al Ettifaq only want Lingard popularity, that's why they interested with him.

El-Ettifaq don't have many good and shining names like the other top teams in Saudi Pro League. Their defeat vs Al-Riyadh prove that they need to consolidate more their squad. Jesse Lingard would be a good choice if they could help them being more stable.
SPL clubs that are funded directly by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) will not have to worry about the budget that must be spent to recruit Jesse Lingard. They have abundant funds to make transfers which sometimes seem unreasonable. They want to build the SPL instantly, and whether the players are good or not is not a big issue, what is important at the moment is the players big names.

Regarding Al Ettifaq, they have fewer former European players than other SPL clubs, Jordan Henderson is not enough to help Steven Gerrard squad navigate the increasingly competitive competition at the moment. In the next transfer market, I think they will return to hunt for more players, of course from the top five European leagues.

It is clear that having such a father will be easier for him to move up the career ladder, but only up to a certain point, forever he will not be able to promote him, especially if he does not realise himself as a footballer, so you can end up without starting a career

The question whether the son wants to be a football doesn't really arise I think. Not that he would be forced to by his father, but from what I can see and what Ronaldo talks about him, It is quite obvious that his plan is to pursue a career as a professional football. It also makes sense, doesn't it? If your whole life is about football due to the career of your father and you are also talented and deep in love with football, it is almost inevitable that you give it a try and see how far you can get. But it is true that having a father like Ronaldo is not enough to become and also remain a professional footballer for a long time. I assume he would probably want to be a striker as well and then it's quite simple to see whether he stands the test or not. He either scores a lot of goals or he doesn't.

It's worth mentioning that Ronaldo also said that his son has poor discipline, that it could prevent him from becoming a professional footballer. Maybe it's just because he's still a kid and then as he gets older he'll take it more seriously, so it's too early to tell if he'll have a career or not

Well at this point, I think everyone knows that Cristiano Junior is going to be a footballer. Just like his father. There is no doubt about that at this point. Cristiano Ronaldo also make sure that he (Cristiano Junior) does not put anything in his body that is not good. Like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, etc. It looks like he is trying to make his son as disciplined as him. And I have seen some clips where he is running through the defense of the opponent. So I also believe he is going to be a striker. But at the same time I believe this kid is going to be under pressure because after all he is the kid of a player who is the best in the world. So the expectation is going to be a lot.

If he doesn't go to the Saudi league then he will be back home without a job and that would be a shame for his career.

There's nothing wrong with it. Lindegard is only willing to continue his career in the right club that was still valuing him as a professional footballer. Lingard has its best performance in united but this time it's kinda different.
Lindegard really needs to have a new job that can give him good salary and that's why he was agreeing to join in ettifaq. This club is still being managed by gerrard and im not feeling doubt ettifaq was doing this caused by the club is always struggling in the saudi pro league. Im not even surprised to see that lindegard to accept it without even thinking for twice. he will be also playing with so many great players in saudi pro league.

There's nothing wrong to see him to chase his target. Lindard has also ever become a great player in EPL. It's time for lindegard to open a new journey in saudi pro league. Best of luck for him.
Im willing to see lindegard to play again with ettifaq. The main problem is now if ettifaq shall try to sign a new coach to handle the club
