I've seen the previous games of Germany and I must conclude, they're far behind their opponents. I don't just get it, they have quality players that are absolutely doing good in club levels but these players can't proof themselves when it comes to international games. I think that is where Flick's weakness lies in seeing the players he entrusts to be included in the squad.
If Flick is good at strategy, he can monitor every player when they play at the club so he can understand where his players are best positioned when playing for Germany.

The German football board made the right decision by sacking Flick because the current German team is a mess under his watch, and if you check for about two decades plus, starting from the year 2000 down here, I can't recall vividly finding the German team in this current state of poor performance if I'm not wrong both in the World Cup and other competitions.

It seems that I understood that Germany has dropped in the world football affairs even before the Federation of Germany football understood it. I think this has to do more with the management and not the coaches. They dismissed German coach was good under Bayern Munich. So I don't see the reason he will not do well if an enabling environment was giving him to prosper. Let's see how Germans will handle this case.

However, the German Football Association should look for a new coach who will restructure the team and identify young quality players.

I doubt Bayern Munich will be willing to sell Alphonso Davies in the coming transfer window because he is an important player to Tuchel and there are no news that Bayern Munich are seeking for a replacement in this regard.  Bayern Munich are in a good form at the moment and might not be looking to sell any of their key players rather they seem to be interested in purchasing more players to strengthen their squad.

It seems that this is the first time in German history that a coach has been immediately fired after experiencing a defeat because if you remember the track record of the coaches who have led Germany, they have always resigned with honor. So it makes sense why Germany finally chose to fire Flick. Another rumor circulates, that after the embarrassing defeat to Japan, the Germany team is now looking for coaching options such as Pep Guardiola and Nagelsmann. Honestly, I am very impressed with how he plays on the field, De Bruyne is always able to secure possession in Manchester City's midfield effectively, not only that, he can also always provide significant passes for attackers like Haaland. Regarding the dismissal of Flick, i think the German DFB made the right decision because they performed really bad and Regarding the fact that Germany would be hosting the Euro 2024 it's not a good record for the country, Flick made a statement sometime ago that he's the right man for the job but has been incompetent so far and the German DFB have endured enough by keep him till this period therefore he needed to step aside.
 There next match is against France and might be very tough for Rudi Voller due to the fact that France are a very strong team with good squad depth filled with world class players and it won't be easy beating them, however I don't think Klopp would take on the job as the next manager due to the big task at Liverpool this season but Ralf Rangnick would make a fine coach for his country due to his good coaching experience over the years, let's see if he'll be willing to leave his managerial role at the Australian national team to answer his country's call.
