West Ham are getting frustrated due to the delay in Declan Rice's transfer to Arsenal. Despite reaching an agreement eight days ago, the necessary documents have not been signed yet. This has left West Ham feeling impatient and wondering what could be causing this delay in completing the documents. Is there any possibilities of Arsenal walking away from the deal, somehow they might have realized they are overpaying for a player who only has one year left on his contract.
In situations like these, it would be good to stay patient and keep an eye on any updates regarding the transfer, while I am also growing frustrated everyday.
I thought this transfer already complete because both representative has been reach an agreement few weeks ago and even Declan Rice has been done for medical check at Arsenal but apparently it was only verbal agreement because although Arsenal has agree to play 105 millions total as fee transfer but so far they hadn't officially bid yet so i understand why West Ham feel frustrated to waiting the finalized of this transfer because they really needed money to bought the players this summer but Arsenal has been confirmed this news and Arteta has asking to Arsenal owner to make it quick so in the near future this transfer will be complete and apparently Arsenal are doing the same on to Jurrien Timber transfer from Ajax

If Mabbpe doesn't want to play in this team they should get him out of the team and take benefits from this player by selling Mbappe with a high price to other teams because none can force a player to stay in PSG.
Even by paying him more money still keeping Mbappe is PSG a wrong move because other players are going to be happy for paying too much attention to one player and this can make the team unbalanced.
Selling Mbappe at too high a price will also not make other teams more interested in bidding for him this summer. But if the price is in a very reasonable category, I think there will definitely be many other teams interested in offering Mbappe in the current transfer market. Moreover, he (Mbappe) is a very good forward line player to break his opponent's defense and even if Mbappe wants to move to another team instead of having to stay at PSG, he also cannot choose a random team if he still wants his career to get better.

  • Talks between Chelsea and Brighton are progressing over move of Moises Caicedo to Chelsea [1]. Brighton wants more than 70m Euro now - Will Chelsea go to that length in order to sign Caicedo?
I think this transfer will be successful because Chelsea has no choice in this moment. They currently have 6 midfielders, consist of 2 active players and 4 substituted players. Usually Chelsea is using 4-3-3 strategy, so definitely they need to sign one more active midfielder.

Caicedo was good in Brighton for one season, his market value is €57 Million right now. But I feel skeptic for Chelsea when they want to sign a player from Brighton, previously Cucurella was played good in Brighton, but his performance suddenly drop when he joined Chelsea.

Mbappe and PSG's problems are still the pros and cons between Mbappe who is a little tough and PSG's management are the same and both of them don't provide good solutions. on the other hand there are other problems that put pressure on Mbappe to leave PSG but if you look at it honestly PSG still need Mbappe even though it's only a few seasons.
It cannot be denied that Mbappe really wants to be able to compete in the Champions League final and get a trophy to improve his career in football and this is what makes Mbappe even more expensive. I'm not sure if it's really good news if Real Madrid are going to sign Mbappe but given the slightly hefty price tag I think it's worth it for Mbappe's talent.
Paris SG has spent the most money on new players of all the clubs. It looks like they will get a sale of their stars to catch many others. So if Mbappe should go, all the money is well invested. They made it on every position, with Ugarte and Hernandez defensive and with Ekitike and Kang-in Lee offensive. In total, they have spent 155.50 million euros in transfer fees. And Asensio (offensive) and Skriniar (defensive) are also coming, for them they did not have to pay any transfer fee. The value of Neymar has fallen and he is Brazilian and his possibly soon at the end of his best years.

PSG will probably do a bid this week for Vlahovic.

This means Mbappè will probably be sold to Real Madrid too.

Juventus is expecting 70-80m for him

I don't see PSG selling Mbappè but on the other hand, I feel it is Mbappè that wants to go to Madrid.  Of a truth, PSG has all it takes to win the Champions league but it is obvious luck is rarely on their side; Mbappè desperately need to win that trophy and there is a better chance for him in Madrid than his present club.

I think that if everything gonna be easy as long as bayern will agree to buy him with €100 millions. Totenham is not even thinking of decreasing kane's price. As reported by 90min
https://www.90min.com/posts/bayern-munich-prepare-record-bid-harry-kane
Quote
90min reported on Sunday that Bayern followed up on their initial offer for Kane with a second bid of €80m - the same amount they spent on club-record signing Lucas Hernandez back in 2019. However, Tottenham stood firm and knocked it back.

Sources have confirmed to 90min that this has not deterred Bayern and they are now ready to smash their transfer record in order to bring Kane to the Allianz Arena, with a third bid to be submitted in the coming days.
Bayern may try to increase its last bid for kane. Even kane already reached personal agreement with bayern but the main problem is appearing now about how kane is not even pushing spurs to sell him.
Totenham has been trying to find his replacement once kane gonna leave from the club. The dialogue between Bayern and Tottenham still hasn't reached a satisfactory win-win agreement. Totenham only wants to sell kane if bayern will agree to pay kane for €100 millions.

Bayern is thinking so hard to increase its second bid but im sure totenham gonna reject it again as it's will still be far from what totenham wanted.
My suggestion if bayern shall try to search an alternative striker. kane is good but there is also a lot of good striker with less price compared with kane.

The thing is this, PSG have declared that Mbappe must either leave or renew his deal, while Mbappe maintains that he wants to see out the last year of his contract, before potentially leaving on a free. But it seems Real Madrid are awaiting the green light to agree a price, but will only do so if it suits them. Both Real Madrid and Mbappe would prefer for him to see out the remainder of his contract before heading to the Spain next summer. However, PSG’s stance is firm, and it means that he could be forced out of the door in the next few weeks.

Yes the transfer window is getting crazier maybe next year 100 million is nothing.

Europe is the center of a lot of attention here with a lot of talented players so naturally there will be a lot of offers on the best players at exorbitant prices.
The middle eastern owners are now at their peak they have controlled the highest clubs in Europe.

With Ronaldo's transfer last season and now it is common for a European player to move to the Middle East the sensation is getting different of course with money in it.

It will still be the center of media attention when there are still some star players, plus sponsors will continue to add, but it will be different between the middle eastern and European champions.
Its seems right with 100 million euro is nothing because many teams denied with offer almost close with 100 million, current bid offer from Bayern Munich for signing Harry Kane with 80 million euro but Spurs denied with this price offer. I don't think next two years later how realistic transfer fees due some player not have special performance and their tittles achievement with previous teams.

Saudi Pro League teams has chance to make 100 million euro fees transfers is nothing because they have dominance in window transfer and many Europe players sign in this transfer. I think FIFA need to make new rule about financial fairplay and realistic values for players not really expensive and make mediocre teams with difficult financial can't compete with teams have good financial side.

It was precisely PSG who wanted to sell Mbappe because the player was not willing to extend the contract offered, PSG did not want Mbappe to just leave without getting any money from the player's departure. Mbappe still wants to last another year with PSG until his contract expires, he is free to determine his own destiny after being a free transfer player.
Real Madrid want to take advantage of Mbappe situation, they prefer to wait until Mbappe contract expires next summer to sign him for free. PSG certainly doesn't want to lose one of the players who has a high sale value for free, PSG has given Mbappe two options by offering a contract extension or leaving before the contract expires.

Is it just me, or the current market value of so many players is just ridiculously too high due to clubs like PSG that have over diluted the market with money. I am not saying that Victor Osimhen is not a high quality player, but when we get to a situation where just one club is able to afford Victor Osimhen or Mbappe and the rest are just watching on, then we are in for the rough times.
No doubt one of the cause is inflation, that's why the price tend to increase and it show how the big teams are making huge amount of money. If Haaland, Mbappe, and Osimhen can be worth that much, I can't imagine how much the market value of Messi and Ronaldo where in their young ages, they are already get so many achievements. The trend will continue, maybe now we're think €100M is ridiculously high, but in the next 10 years, that amount might be normal.

You're right , basically Napoli still needs Osimhen to secure the next title in Serie A and champions league but Napoli could just let him go if they get a good offer and in fact there is no club that wants to pay 150 million except for PSG , unfortunately Osimhen doesn't want to return to League1. By the way , at the moment Osimhen is the most expensive player in Serie A by market value , estimates will continue to grow if next season he still holds the title of top scorer.

I also think the same and these prices seem to be over and will be detrimental for clubs with limited funds because they will find it difficult to buy players so that competition will remain with rich clubs and domination will always occur in the big leagues. The market price is already high but a club that has big funds makes it even higher, and it's even more absurd with the funds proposed by Liverpool to bring Mbappe they prepared more than 200 million Euros for this player.
And maybe UEFA and FIFA will start making regulations regarding player prices so that the competition will belong to all clubs not limited to rich clubs.

With each passing season the transfer market gets more and more absurd.

Until recently, the best players and the biggest offers were concentrated only in the European market.
Even sponsors from the East invested in European football.

But teams like Al Nassr are rapidly changing that.
We have to observe, however, whether championships there will continue to attract media visibility, because if there is no sponsorship, the money does not circulate and these millionaire signings should soon decrease.
This is just the beginning, next season transfer window might even go extreme, these clubs are not reluctant, once they're keen on signing a player, the value of the player doesn't hinder them. The fact is that Saudi teams have the required merit to lure important players across, which is the common language of all players and clubs, money. This season, Saudi Arabian clubs are heavily involved in the transfer market, making massive bids for players on their radar. Al Nassr was the top team, and they signed the best players from Europe. I believe that any player who moves to the Saudi league is definitely looking for enormous sums of money so it's understandable.

Juventus is expecting 70-80m for him
I don't know if PSG will be a good place to continue his career in the future, but if Vlahovic is interested in being part of the PSG project starting next season, of course he will be happy to accept the offer. What is clear is that this amount of money is well worth it for Vlahovic and Juventus will be very happy to have additional funds to spend on several players this summer. After all, compared to Harry Kane, who cost too much, I think it was better to sign Vlahovic for that fee. Now PSG is indeed very careful to anticipate things that are not desirable and there is nothing wrong with adding striker options for now.

The next player to join the Saudi teams will be from the premier league and he is a famous player.
Jordan Henderson is a 33y old player but he is under contract with Liverpool and has two years remaining from the contract he signed with Liverpool.
Since he is getting near to the end of his career maybe playing for Al Hilal is a good move for him.

Al hilal has become a club that was failing so many times in recruiting the new talent. I can hope it will be good in that saudi club. Liverpool was rarely playing him as starting line up. I think that he still having a chance to keep playing in european league.
Henderson has not determine his choice regarding his future. It's likely he  gonna try to deny such rumor. Let's wait who club gonna try to compete with al hilal in recruiting him as new player.

MU tries so hard to sell him but meguire is pretty much the same like lukaku from chelsea but he is willing to stay in manchester united till his contract gonna be expired. I remember that the magpies was trying to get him but meguire didn't wanna accept it as he was not agreed personally with newcastle. MU tries so hard to sell him caused by the money raised from selling gonna be used to buy another player. It's time for meguire to leave. The main problem since he wants stay and the transfer is not possible without him reaching personal agreement with the new club. It's caused by the main requirement will not be fulfilled.
Meguire will not be trusted by ten hag next year after so many mistakes being made during last year especially in the match against sevilla last season. He is consistently making blunder. De gea is out now.
There is only meguire in the club. I hope he will be leaving from MU asap. No place for him in the main squad. He must think about this to continue his career in the professional football.
I don’t think there is anything left for Harry Maguire at Manchester United. I can say both the manager, his team mates and the club supporters are fed up with his numerous errors and mistakes that have cost the team crucial points in past games. I think it is time to say goodbye and look for a different challenge elsewhere. It will be in his interest to accept a move away to get playing time and revive his career.

It's unlikely to happen. PSG has been threatening him to be unplayed for this season. PSG will be putting him on the bench this season. That's why PSG is looking for a new striker. PSG still hopes mbappe leaves from the club.
Just because PSG is looking for a new striker and it doesn't mean mbappe will be moving to the real madrid. There's no talk between PSG and madrid. I think that mbappe must accept it if he gonna be benched by the club instead of given chances to play next season. PSG is not having a lot of choice. Mbappe is still trying to stay even longer in the club no matter what kind of sanction will be given by PSG. Madrid can't afford very big amounts of money to buy him before the club sells some players first.
Well, I don't know. If you look at this situation from the outside, Mbappe has already made a lot of efforts to leave Paris Saint Germain, consistently spoiling relations with the club's management, although it is clearly financially beneficial for the player himself to stay at the club for another season. Therefore, if Mbappe has a chance to leave for Real Madrid in a good way already in this transfer window, then I think that the player will take advantage of this opportunity with pleasure. I personally have no other explanation for Mbappe's latest demarches.
