Napoli bought Osimhen 75 million in 2020 and now he is one of the best players in the Italian League so it's not an exaggeration if Napoli opens an offer at a price of 120 million moreover he is a young player 24 years. If we pay attention to the current player market prices are increasing this happens every year , we still remember how Enzo Fernandez was bought by Chelsea for 121 million it really doesn't make sense but that's what happened.

Well 120 Million € is a huge amount of money, but that is also the current market value of Osimhen and he also has 2 years worth of contract left at SC Napoli. So it just makes sense that they are asking for a transfer fee, that his around his current market value in my opinion, even though that amount of money for a single player is just crazy, but that is just they way modern football works at the moment.

The move from Enzo Fernandez was totally different story though in my opinion. FC Chelsea paid 121 Million € for him even though his market value is "only" 80 Million, but back then Chelsea and their new owner was just throwing around money without any reason and without brain. Now they have a squad that is way to big.
Now 120 million euros is not a lot of money anymore considering that previously Coutinho, Neymar or Fati were bought for the same or more money than they are offering now for Osimhen.
PSG bought Luca Hernandez, who is injured and hasn't played for a year, for 45 million euros.

Plus Osimhen is one of the most gifted and brightest players at the moment. He has not just a talent for the game, but also a great fighting character, he always escalates the game at the enemy's goal and his goal sense is excellent. He helped Napoli a lot last season and even with a price tag of 120 million euros his purchase would be a great investment.

The player's performance is the key when the market value skyrockets and also the club that owns the player is natural if you want to get more than the player's market value. But sometimes the club that really wants to get the player is also important in a very expensive price, or even the salary has increased many times over.
For example we see how Arab clubs want players, they will not hesitate to make very high offers and high salaries as long as they can get the player's signature. Now many players are joining the Arab world and the wages are higher than what they get in Europe.

Market value is determined based on player performance especially if he gets the individual title such as the best players, top scores and others, another factor is age if he is young then his market value will continue to increase meaning that if someone has this criterion then he deserves to have a high market value and remember there are also market standards for each club, they are not going to buy players at exorbitant prices or unreasonable and that's what happened to Osimhen. I'm sure no one will buy it for €180 million even for the next 2 seasons he will never touch that price.

With a very fantastic price tag, we are sure that not many clubs will try to recruit him. this price, too special for any club intending to recruit Osimhen. maybe, that's why Madrid didn't try to bring him to the Sandiago Bernabeu. assuming, Madrid prefer Mbappe over bringing in Osimhen.
Real Madrid has always been interested in Mbappe who has had more seasons where he performed exceptionally than Osimhen that just had one great season.

for other clubs, United had been linked. it's just that, there are obstacles that prevent them from bringing in other stars of the caliber of Osimhen or Mbappe. however, if United changes ownership by Qatar. it is not impossible, if Osimhen will be their main target.
The English league would have been a good place for Osimhen to show his worth again, because of the good competition, but because his contract with Napoli still has like two years left, many clubs will not be willing to spend so much money to try to force the club to sell. Chelsea have already spent a lot of money, so it is very slim chance for them to need to make another expensive signing. Osimhen will remain in Italy, I do not believe that the French club PSG will be able to bring him.

I think Napoli should consider dropping the price of Victor Osimhen if they really want to sell this summer because there aren’t many clubs rallying around this deal as the price tag is considered too high. After a successful season with Napoli I expected big clubs to come rushing for his signature but I am surprised that is not happening this summer. Maybe in January something migh come up but right now things are quiet from Napoli’s end.
Recently price tag for Osimhen has been released that Napoli want to sell Osimhen approximately 180 millions but so far there was no team who dare to pay according to the price tag and the rumour is PSG will officially bid for him 100 millions and obviously Napoli will rejected that bid because Napoli doesn't want to lowering his price however if he moved from Napoli Osimhen priority is he doesn't want return to France league because before joining Napoli Osimhen have already to playing at that league so he will be more prefer to try Premier League or Laliga but the problem is although he was linked to plenty of clubs but so far only PSG who dare to bid him with high price

As for PSG, Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis stated that only Paris Saint-Germain could bring in the striker from Nigeria. Osimhen is one of the hottest players in the transfer market this summer. apart from PSG, other clubs that have targeted Osimhen are Chelsea, Bayern Munich. but if we examine the message from the President of Napoli, it seems that he is hinting that Nampoli is ready to let Osimhen go to PSG, even though the player states that he is not interested in Ligue 1. with the salary offered by PSG, it is not impossible that Osimhen will accept an offer from a giant club  of French origin. even then, on condition that PSG are interested in bringing in Osimhen with a very fantastic price tag. So, let's just wait for further developments.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills

Enzo Fernandez is a good player, but unfortunately he was playing with a bad striker, so we don't really saw the contribution from him. Signing Osimhen for 120 Million Euros is still a good deal, 150 Million Euros is the maximum offer if there's a club really want to sign him, above than that it's too much.

In this season Enzo will play with Nkunku, Sterling and Lukaku, maybe we could see a change.
Not a less good striker but rather from the coach's tactics who haven't been able to unite more solid players so the game has collapsed even more and couldn't handle it during the previous season and this affected the whole game including some expensive players like Enzo Fernandes not performing well.
If a player has performed well, whether he is the top scorer or the best player in the league, then it is still very reasonable if the price is 100 million Euros and above, and now the market price is indeed higher, but it has become commonplace.

Info on Lukaku there is still no agreement but Inter Milan will return with his offer that is the news we have seen, there is a possibility that Lukaku will return to Inter Milan permanently.

I hope klopp deploy Trent Alexandre Arnold in his new role for the English team i.e playing as an attacking midfielder instead of his usual right back in Liverpool, Southgate had tested him in that role and he proved effective in the their last matches, it's up for Klopp to rejig his midfielders with the inclusion of Trent Alexandre Arnold
Klopp was the first to deploy Arnold in midfield (before Gareth Southgate did it), and that was towards the end of last season, and tbh Arnold looked more comfortable in that role for Liverpool, and then for England a couple of weeks later. Arnold had a season to forget at right back last season, it was so easy for just any player to dribble past him (sometimes effortlessly) and his recovery was so poor.

Having said that, i don't know if Klopp is going to start the season with Arnold in midfield, and if he does that who is going to replace him at right back for Liverpool. Well it is up to the manager to decide, he will have pre-season and the first few weeks of the new season to try out new things and see which one works out for the team and the player.

According to the Guardian, Tottenham Hotspur rejected with Bayern Munich's 80 million euro offer for Harry Kane transfer fees payment, its seems difficult for signing Harry Kane actually majority with England player have expensive transfer values although Kane contract over next year. There are still not confirming by Bayern Munich want to increase up offer to 100 million euro exactly looks expensive transfer fees for Bayern Munich.

I don't think what happen with Tottenham Hotspur not accepted Bayern Munich's 80 million euro offer, seems expensive transfer fees because Harry Kane have been 30 years old and his contract over on summer 2024. Its find difficult negotiation seems disappointed for Spurs will loss Kane as free agent next season.

I already think that many offers will still be rejected by the Spurs and they will certainly label a top player at a very high cost. It is unlikely that Spurs will ever let Harry Kane go if the fee offered is no more than 100 million euros and for Bayern Munich that kind of money is simply not worth it for a player who will soon turn 30.

Maybe Bayern Munich should just give up on signing Harry Kane and focus more on finding another great striker who has a reasonable fee and is not too expensive. I don't think Bayern Munich need to rush things because the summer is still long away and if they don't get a great striker this season I think they will still be quite strong with their current squad depth.

Hernandez was in Bayern Munich when they defeated PSG in a UCL match probably that when he was scouted by the PSG of course they must have observed some quality in him before signing him in a deal worth £34m is a good deal, he is also a versatile player who can be played as a left back and centre back this are areas where PSG needed to strengthen in order to compete favorably with other top teams in Europe, Lucas Hernandez has some international experience to his credit having played a crucial part in the French national team, I am sure he will bring his wealth of experience into PSG whose effort in winning UCL trophy had been futile.
PSG bought Hernandez for 80 Million Euros, not 34 Million Euros, his market value is 50 Million Euros right now, so Bayern Munich is the one who get advantage since they're making money. However Hernandez is a good defender, not sure why Bayern Munich want to sell him when he could be a substitute player, they can't expect all of their best players can play in every matches. But they have sign Raphaël Guerreiro for free, so I guess he could replace Hernandez's position.
Fabrizio said it was something like 48-50 million range, but of course I do not know the full story but looks like that could be around the level where it is because usually he gets the news better than most places and I am guessing that would be the case. I can't really say if that's going to be the right number, but I feel like 80 would be way too much for him as well, that just doesn't feel like the right number.

I believe that there is a good chance that we are going to end up with PSG getting a few more players, and that way they can get rid of Mbappe without worrying about getting worse, they need a proper striker in that place, and they may end up getting a big name there as well then sell Mbappe to some other team instead.

Liverpool is one of the elite clubs, and I am convinced that they will return to their best form next season. Jurgen Klopp is actively obtaining midfielders, addressing his issues with well-thought-out plans. Trent Alexandre Arnold, one of the best defenders at Anfield, has returned to training and has changed his hairdo to plaited braids, traveled trenches, mountains, lakes, and also hit the gym with the goal to get back shape and good condition and prepare 100% for the English Premier League. I'm anticipating an outstanding performance from the Englishman.

United will play their first game of preparation next season against Leeds United in Oslo, perhaps this will be the first debut for Mount. United are reportedly ready to negotiation to pay £50M for Rasmus Hojlund striker from Atalanta. They wanted him as Rashford's companion. According to Sky German Man United are also interested in Ambarat, although there have been no more serious talks.

I also feel that Enzo did his job properly. It's just their lack of strong attacking players who can finish made them perform way below as expected. Here is how their squad looks right now: https://www.transfermarkt.com/fc-chelsea/startseite/verein/631 and I would say they need some players in midfield (especially defensive midfield). Looks a decent team and it would be important to see how they start the season.

Chelsea will be relying a lot on young talents and new faces so it is a very risky one for Chelsea. They do need some players to complete the squad but about signing Osimhen I have high doubts given Osimhen's price, Chelsea's situation and lastly Napoli's President confirming that Osimhen will stay [1] -

Liverpool are undoubtedly one of the best teams in the English Premier League but this team failed to qualify for the Champions League due to poor performances last season which will see them play in the Europa League next season. Liverpool will play in the European League for the first time. Liverpool is far ahead of the teams that have qualified in the European League, so it is expected that Liverpool will win the European League next season. Along with their Europa League plans next season, they plan to do well in the English Premier League. The way Liverpool finished this season, I hope Liverpool will finish the next season better and this English club will be able to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Now situation is not easy for any team as we have competitiveness here in English League but Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool already learn their less after having the worst year with losing position from top four is surely never been good, but now they are fixing their problems, and we will have them back into business English Premier League is already have one of the toughest leagues mark but recently due to few big players and increase performance and quality things looking more than tough.

In upcoming season, we will have few toughest rivalries between top clubs which will fight hard for the top four which is surely not easy and prediction is also not easy because all clubs are trying their best for the better end and improved results and most chances we will have good fight for the title between top four clubs like Manchester city, Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal.

If you remember the age of a player like Osimhen who is still young and has made extraordinary achievements in Serie A, it is only natural for Napoli to make such a high price for an Osimhen at this time. But Napoli is also still quite profitable if the price is set at 100 so that several clubs who really want Osimhen can make bids in the transfer market. Because talented young players are indeed expensive, and that will always be different from other young players who have not made any achievements in football.

Manchester United are finally ready to get rid of Maguire. I support this action to the end truthfully. Because he has been no good or use for the team so far. His times with Leicester were really impressive and that was why he was a wanted defender so much. Manchester United even spent an insane amount to sign him like 87 million euros 4 years ago. But this was a really huge mistake for them which they didn't have any idea about. His performance and value dropped down gradually in time.

When he first arrived at Manchester United his value was 70 million but it is 20 million now. I know it can drop down due to getting older as well but it isn't only for that as for Maguire.

Do you think 180 million is worth it for Victor Osimhen? I think it's too expensive he only helped Napoli win Serie A not for other competitions so he's not worth it at that price IMO if we're talking about Haaland yeah it might make sense for 180 million I personally think Victor Osimhen is only worth 120 million unless next season Napoli can win the champions league maybe it can be considered. Even though PSG can afford 180 million but I don't think they will take that offer better to find another alternative.
