PSG are preparing to extend Messi's contract. Especially after his World Cup performance it must have made a big impact on their decision. Messi was already playing great for PSG as well of course. But winning the World Cup will surely increase his motivation level for the rest of the season. They need Messi to fight more seriously for the Champions League title.

Messi has always been leaving the door open for Barcelona though. But as there isn't any official offer made by them, there is no reason for Messi to reject or stall PSG. He would play for PSG at least for one more season and after that maybe he might prefer to leave.
Messi might change his mind if Barcelona make an offer. After all, Barcelona is the team that brought him where he is today. I'm sure you have great loyalty to them.  He seems happy in Paris, too. He has a very close friendship with Neymar and they get along well. Paris SG, which is close to the contract unit, will definitely re-sign with him.  Messi is still shiny fabric. The indispensable star of world football.

Lionel Messi have promised about announce his future team keep extended or not with PSG trough his contract expiry at 2023, I think excited waiting with Lionel Messi confirming his contract extended or not after he has impressive performance with Argentina and success won World Cup 2022 trophy. I sure many team are in waiting list for signing Lionel Messi will be free agent for next season.

However still possibility with Lionel Messi keep extended based on how excited offering from PSG, we learned from Mbappe when his contract expired, PSG give fantastic offering for Mbappe and make him rejected for joining  Real Madrid. Have possibility with PSG give more highest salary than Mbappe for Lionel Messi and contract extended more than two until three years later.

Messi and Mbappe are both wanted by PSG's president. In the World Cup that just ended, both players have made their clubs and fans happy. Having both stars is better for the club, but letting go one of these stars may be better for the club as well, especially if that player cannot be humble enough to work with another big star. Mbappe moving to another club has been rumored for quite some time.
Mbappe is very young, he is selfish and we have seen that a lot. At PSG Mbappe is the main star, while Messi is the star that supports Mbappe to develop but sometimes Mbappe misinterprets Messi's existence which he might see as a competitor. Messi tends to provide quite a lot of assists, while he can also score goals.

Even if they had to split up, I think the three of them could go and find another club. Messi is reportedly still making room for Barcelona, while it is difficult to expect other top teams to shell out large sums of money to sign Mbappe. That's the main obstacle to Mbappe's transfer to another team, so it definitely won't be easy for any team.

For now PSG will attempts to extended his contract and reported Messi are willing to negotiate with PSG representatives in the near future so if Messi agree probably he will be at PSG until 2024 and Messi linked to Barcelona currently only fans speculations because after win world cup trophy with Argentina the fans feels this winter is the right time to bringing Messi back to Barcelona but i don't think this will be realized considering he has bad relationship with Barcelona president Joan Laporta because if i am not mistaken Laporta is one of factor why Messi left Barcelona with free transfer and besides that Barcelona already move on without Messi and if Messi return i don't think it will good for team conditions

Paris Saint-Germain should be grateful that they did not let Lionel Messi to leave when there was speculations of a rift between him and Kylian Mbappé. Messi has proved that he is one of the greatest players of all time. His outstanding performance in this concluded world cup in Qatar has also showed that Messi is not retiring anytime soon. I was surprised when Messi played for one hundred and twenty minutes in the finals without a drop in his performance. In the extra time he was still contributing to the team regardless of his age. I am sure his worth has increased in the transfer market because many clubs will be willing to pay more for his service. Barcelona might not have the financial strength to bring Messi back to its fold, except he has the ambition of going back which means he can accept a pay cut.

Barcelona respect to Messi more than the players themselves, he is a club legend and I think he deserves to retire there. However, if PSG via the president succeeds in persuading Messi to extend the contract, then Barcelona will not be able to bring in this mega star the next season.
No doubt, Messi will be glad to return to Barca. If anyone will talk about the clubs behind Messi's success I think Barca will be on the top list. But right now, I think one shouldn't speak about Messi returning to Barca without reflecting on the reason Messi left Barca. FC Barcelona decided to let go of the supper star not just because his contract expired but because they were not financially capable of offering him a new contract because then their dept rate was very high. Whenever Barca resolves their financial problem, I think Messi will return.

I see good potential at Amrabat to join Liverpool in the middle of the season. I hope Klopp and the management can really convince Fiorentina to let Amrabat go, he is one of the standouts with Morocco as a midfielder.

These rumors should only get stronger should Liverpool comply with Fiorentina's bid for €40-45 million. It's great value, but I'm sure the quality of Amrabat is worth the contract value. Amrabat can be projected to be a midfielder who will be strong for Liverpool following a dip in form from Fabinho.

What do you think, is Amrabat suitable for Liverpool?

Is this an official info or rumours though? I cant seems to find it on fabrizio Romano's tweet. He is a good player but that doesnt mean he is going to fit well in the club. Also Fiorentina might want to raise up his price considering that he is probably one of the best midfielders in World Cup and some other clubs might even want to sign him on the next winter transfer
Amrabat played with great dedication in the tournament.  He was one of the best midfielders.  Fiorentina will want to sell it for a high price, that's normal.  He may also want to keep it on his own team.  We all know that they are a team hungry for success.  They have long wanted championships in the league and European cups.  They may want to protect the current squad.  If Fiorentina sells Amrabat, her replacement may be more expensive.

The thing is that Liverpool have long been in the market for a central midfielder, having gone in for Aurelien Tchouameni in the summer before he moved to Real Madrid. And the way it looks now, Chamberlain, James Milner and Naby Keita are all out of contract next summer, while Curtis Jones and Fabinho have struggled for fitness and form this year which means that they may need to sign more than one midfielder and Amrabat fits the profile of the player Klopp will want.

Not just for next season. If Manchester United can get him then we can be sure that he will be the first choice down the line and it is likely that Erik ten Hag will implement a new formation with 3 defenders (3-4-1-2).
Naturally, Josko Gvardiol is targeted by many big clubs because he is one of the most prominent defenders during the 2022 World Cup tournament.

I'm sure Gvardiol will be tempted by many clubs interested in him although he is rumored to be in no hurry to leave the Red Bull Arena at least because Gvardiol is still under contract with RB Leipzing until 2027 since he was brought in from Dinamo Zagreb in 2021 and RB Leipzing also plans to keep Josko Gvardiol until the end of the season based on reports from several reliable sources.
Josko Gvardiol has an advantage when dueling in the air because he has an ideal body posture, so a defender like this is quite needed in the Premier League, because Premier League games tend to play balls from the wings, so the required player posture must be absolutely ideal, and have an advantage in aerial duels. While those percentages haven't proven to work, most of what I've seen in the League play this role.

Some of the media that I searched for, Josko Gvardiol has a desire to play at Liverpool, considering that this club is one that he has often followed since childhood, although this reason is not very strong and it seems that Liverpool are one step faster.
It doesn't matter if Josko Gvardiol has to choose and his choice wants to play at Liverpool as a club he has often followed since childhood. At Liverpool Gvordial will have to compete with Ibrahima Kounate and Gomez to convince Klopp to get a place in the main squad.
Unlike at Manchester United, if he is willing to join Old Trafford, then we can be sure he will get the main place because Maguire still hasn't found his best form of play with United.

As a professional player, Josko Gvardiol should consider playing minutes if he chooses to join a new club given his age to continue honing his skills as a defender which will be needed by Croatia at the EURO tournament to be held in Germany.

the competitive Premiere league will be good for Josko Gvardiol. he is a player with a tough fighter type. but saw his interest in joining Liverpool. if he is needed in the squad that would be great.
but interest from United and Chelsea should also be considered. all three are giant English clubs. the most important thing is to consider his colleagues in the team. but I support Josko Gvardiol going to Liverpool.
The Premier League is a great competition for young players because it is very competitive and so favorite at the moment. Josko Gvardiol has an advantage in the air so he is very suitable for playing in the Premier League, the ideal body position can help the player develop with a lot of pressure given by a reliable striker.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool are big clubs in England, so choosing the one where he played was the right move, although he says he prefers Liverpool. Anything can still happen, because until now there has been no official news regarding the player's future, moreover, Josko Gvardiol's contract at RB Leipzing still remains until 2027.

But winning the World Cup will surely increase his motivation level for the rest of the season. They need Messi to fight more seriously for the Champions League title.
The new rumour said that kylian mbappe will be trying to leave from PSG again. I remember messi is not the only player who might be leaving from PSG or extending its contract but PSG has also important player like mbappe which has intentionally wanna try to leaving from the club. PSG's president may in communication with messi about whether messi wants to extend his contract or not.
Messi has always been leaving the door open for Barcelona though. But as there isn't any official offer made by them, there is no reason for Messi to reject or stall PSG. He would play for PSG at least for one more season and after that maybe he might prefer to leave.
I always head that rumour but barcelona has no good financial to bring him back again to the camp nou. It's better for him to stay at PSG but im not sure mbappe will be staying at PSG for another season.

Having both stars is better for the club, but letting go one of these stars may be better for the club as well, especially if that player cannot be humble enough to work with another big star. Mbappe moving to another club has been rumored for quite some time.
The rumour about mbappe to move in january is appearing again. PSG wants both to stay but mbappe and messi have not decided their choices whether they wanna stay even longer at PSG or move to the another club. PSG will try to being more star to the parc des prince from MU and that's marcus rashford. Rashford itself is still on fire with MU. It has been rumoured that PSG puts rashfor as the most priority for the upcoming transfer season. There will be so many surprises to come from PSG in january. Will mbappe try to go out from PSG in january?

France did well, but Argentina proved worthy in the end.
The player price for Mbappe by now should have skyrocketed as I see him getting offers from top tier football leagues. My own ponder is if he'll stay or move away from the French league?
For Messi, he might probably be counting down to between 3 and 5 years of active football before retiring. Considering the level he has attained, having an injury that would make he go under the doctors knife, is one he would try to avoid right now.

The reality of this Benzema drama is the fact that he would have been ready for either semi-finals or finals and manager asked him to leave and get treated and heal, he basically sent him off without taking him off the list. That means "do not come back" in every case, and Benzema got mad about it which is understandable but I also understand the manager because it is not easy to just keep a player and then hope that they will play just a single game.
Like how could you put a player who comes back from injury and starts at final game directly without playing any other game before that? But, I understand Benzema as well because he would have wanted to be there.

As far as i know Didier Deschamps is a very authoritarian coach, that expects his players to do what he says to them. Karim Benzema probably was the best striker in the world together with Robert Lewandowski in the last two years, so it could have also made sense for France to take Benzema with them to the world cup even if he would have missed the group stage games. I mean France was the big favorite to win this competition (and they almost did) so it was to be expected that they would reach the quarter- and semifinals and then Benzema would have definitely be able to help the team.
On the other hand i heard reports that Benzema was not really like by his team mates so it could have also been a decision for the chemistry of the team.

I understand wanting Messi to stay longer, that is of course normal considering how well he is still playing but they also need to be very careful about his age as well, at that age players do not degrade slowly, they get one small injury and then never play good again. Look at Ronaldo, dude missed one summer training and he is acted as if he is the root of all problems United had last year, when in fact he scored so many. At his current age Messi is still amazing, but within the next 2 years there could be some level of drop, and after that I expect him to play worse because he is human after all, all humans start to slow down at those ages, it is unreal to expect him to be as good as he is now when he reaches 40 years old.

What he did in world is credible and PSG will make a big mistake if they failed to extend his contract and do the necessary things that will still keep him playing for PSG because Messi still have more years to play. I did say sometime here that Messi poor performance during the beginning of the season could be as a result that he's reserving himself for the world cup compition and protecting himself against any possible injuries that may stop him from playing in the world cup too.
