Arteta is trying hard to bring in a midfielder that suits the team's needs in this January transfer window. however, Arsenal failed to bring in the players they were after. in the end, the choice fell on Jorginho. lucky for Arsenal, because after all the Gunners are short of stock midfielders.
Jorginho, could be an option to replace Partey who is recovering from his injury. at least, he can make his debut with the Gunners when playing against Everton in the next two days. although he is no longer young, he has the experience and skill requirements that Arteta can rely on.
as an Arsenal fan, I hope Jorginho can adapt quickly and show his best performance for the Gunners.

Arsenal advantage as you said, is the quality of the rotation of players who are evenly distributed so that when they play, everyone builds attacks. Arteta criteria for choosing players who have a hard-working mentality, don't depend on one or two players. Therefore Jorginho arrival was the right choice according to Arteta criteria. I don't doubt Arsenal's choice because in Arteta hands young players find skills much more quickly per individual. For example, Trossard, who in his first match was able to play nicely and solidly with all of Arsenal old players.

Jorgi is a really great midfielder.  He's exactly the type of player Arsenal are looking for.  He's also an icon in penalty shootouts.  With his unique style, he minimizes the possibility of missing a penalty.  What I don't understand is how Chelsea can gift Jorgi to Arsenal when they are aiming to build a good squad?  It is rumored that Kante will also leave the team.  If he goes too, there could be a serious problem in Chelsea's midfield.

I don't know if Chelsea are going to get themselves into FFP problems because of the amount of money they have spent, both in last summer's transfer window and the just concluded January winter transfer window. Anyway i'm pretty sure the club knows what they are doing and they ought to know how to circumvent all that.

Having said that, Graham Potter is one of the few managers in the world right now that's spoilt for choice on players to select per game, it is a good thing to have, but it can also come with problems of too much rotation and struggles of keeping big players happy; there'd also be a huge amount of pressure on the manager to deliver, Potter has to ensure Chelsea finish in the top four, and then he has to win titles next season, or else he'll prolly be fired.

Jorginho move to Arsenal is indeed the most suitable team for him to play base on his age and base on the traditional tick tack way that Arsenal used to play, no much stress upon his shoulder, because Arsnal plays base on team work and not depending on any individual player. Then while for the Arsenal team, this is a nice boost for the club and squad in their long awaited title race. this shows that Arteta is a wise man.  Jorginho is an experience midfielder with good passes and touches, a bonus when it comes to taking penalties for the team.

Graham Potter is in a position to make the transfers he wants and right now he should think about who he will bring to the team and take that step.  The choice available to Potter is incredible.  There are situations such as the ability to spend unlimited.  After spending so much money, the main goal should be to get into the top 4 in the league and build a squad that can be champion for UCL next year.

Yea, I think Erik Ten Hag is in good position to bring back the lost Identity of Manchester United, watching Manchester United now gives you hope and believe that the club is headed in the right direction, but he needs time to get the team there, it's not going to be a one season fix, and if he gets the time he needs and the appropriate players he will surely take Manchester United to a new era that will bring back the lost glory of the club.
Manchester United is already in a cup final in his first season and still in contention for the top four spot, already through to the next round of the FA cup, and will later face Barcelona in the Europa League that's a positive sign of something good coming from the gaffer.

I have been vote with this discussing about ''Will Ten Hag be the guy to bring the glory days back to United?", based on current standing awhile I think Erik Tan Hag have been success manager for Manchester United because bring back to top fourth standing, qualify to playoff round in UEFA Europe League, The Red Devils still exist in FA Cup on 4th round until first achievement with final stage in EFL Cup.

I think Erik Tan Hag will give first tittle for Manchester United fans trough EFL Cup against Newcastle United in final stage, still left many competition and Manchester United under Erik Tan Hag era has potential get many trophies left in this season.

There was a problem between him and the coaching staff probably Pep himself. We all see how he was dropped to bench after coming back from the World Cup. His World Cup was not stellar but him been dropped to the bench an Nathaniel Ake (a central defender) been his replacement might have pissed him off. We all know how Pep doesn’t pamper any player. I personally think this deal might remain permanent because of the way he left the club. A move to Bayern was a good one because they lack an experience right back. Pavard who is the first choice is having injury problems and his substitute Mazourihi is an a natural right back, so I see Cancelo slotting into the team right away.


Yeah Jorginho is an experience player and was an important player for Chelsea but when I look at this Arsenal team I doubt if they need Jorginho. To me he seems more like a quick fix for the injured Partey. Chelsea on the other hand were looking for a way to offload him in the summer and that is why they accepted the transfer so fast.
I wanted Arsenal to bring in Tielemans because he plays faster football than Jorginho which suits Arsenal more. I just hope this Jorginho deal comes good for Arsenal and the Partey’s injury doesn’t cause them the title.

Chelsea spend lots of money in this winter transfer window and could be spending more in the summer with Players like Joao Felix going be made permanent then. People expectations of Chelsea winning a trophy this season still remains ambiguous to me because even though they currently have a great squad now they can’t blend in just that fast this will definitely need time and that time isn’t available since the season is already half way gone. The only competition they have to challenge for is the UCL and probably FA cup. The UCL looks unrealistic to me because they can already register just 3 of there new signings and that won’t be enough to pull a title challenge

Being 31 years old made me think that she is not too old.  A very good football player.  Arsenal is a team that already has enough young players.  Experience is also a very important factor in this sense.  While transferring his unique experiences to young players, Jorginho can also find a good harmony on the field.  Arsenal making such a transfer from Chelsea is a transfer success in my opinion.  After all, Chelsea Premier is one of the important teams in the league.

And if negotiations fail i think it's not difficult to Leao to find new clubs because some of big clubs such as Real Madrid and Manchester City are interested to him but indeed his price will be expensive especially Leao has 150 millions clause on his current contract

Chelsea is currently in the 10th position on the table. I hope that the changes that they are making are going to help them a lot to improve on the table. Chelsea is certainly making a lot of unpopular changes. I hope they work. At least for Chelsea, it is important that those changes work.

But honestly, for me, it is hard to believe that Chelsea is going to improve. Probably they will improve from 10 to 6/7 but not anything better than that. Because I just cannot trust that the coach is going to be technically sound for a team like Chelsea.

Now what Arsenal need is to improve this half of the season as there are still 19 games left at the moment of course we know now Partey and Saka have no replacements and Arteta made the right decision signing Jorginho who can replace both players if one of them later gets injured, although Jorginho is 31 years old but he is an experienced player and used to playing in EPL and even Jorginho can also play under pressure so I think this is a good buy made by Arsenal. .

Anyone may have different perceptions and I could agree with it. Jorginho had so many experiences since he was coming to Chelsea and went to arsenal at the deadline of the transfer season. Jorginho has not yet ever won premier league title with Chelsea but he has ever won UCL with Chelsea which is never achieved by arsenal. I wonder what's gonna be his play style after he was moving to the arsenal. It's worthy since arsenal was getting him with low budget. that was saving more than 50 millions than buying caicedo from brighten.

Chelsea is in first place for the biggest spending in the 2022/2023 season. With their new owners and endless player spending budgets they are so crazy in this transfer market. If so much money has been spent and Chelsea haven't been able to achieve their target of being in the top 4 of the EPL table this season or even win a title in any other competition, I think this will be the worst transfer for Graham Potter's squad.

Honestly, I don't mind Chelsea buying players and spending a lot of money in the transfer market. But of course, as long as the players perform, and also as long as the team is performing well. However, that is not happening. So, I cannot but think that the amount of money they are spending is just getting wasted. This change is going to take more time to work back to if they just changed the coach in my opinion.

I think a lot of players leaving Chelsea is going to be a good thing. Because the coach will be able to actually make an overhaul of the team. And I think the process is going to be a little easier. But Chelsea is obviously making a very controversial transfer. And I do not think it will be okay if the coach just makes the new players happy because the players being happy is not going to mean anything if they do not perform.

Cancelo was going out as a loan. i think there's no problem with it as he can back to manchester city anytime. cancelo was not going to the bayern with permanent transfer status. cancelo has been denied so many rumors about he has a problem with pep.


The option to buy him needs an agreement with city. city can also let him go leave the club or not. You shall not feel worried about that. M city is still considering him as a good player as well. that's why city was loaning him to the bayern rather than sell him in the permanent transfer status.

It probably means that in the current realities, Jorginho can be called a relatively young footballer In any case, if everything goes well, then a football player can bring huge benefits to the club over the next few years. And unlike really young players, Jorginho can benefit the club here and now. Arsenal got a high-quality football player in the case of which it is not necessary to expect and hope that the young player may grow in his level and meet all the expectations placed on him. I still can't believe how Manchester City let Joao Cancelo go that easy. He was obviously one of the most critical players in the team.

But now we see him as a Bayern Munich player. Maybe it is a loan deal but there is an option to buy him as well. I don't think Bayern Munich would let him return to Manchester City as long as he performs at the same level. I don't expect him to have big difficulties there as well. Bayern Munich are one of the best places for this kind of skilled players. Cancelo is definitely one of them now.
