Ruud van Nistelrooy will not be given too much authority to transfer players, his job is to ensure Manchester United does not experience a worse decline. It makes sense if seen from one side, where The Red Devils players seem to dislike Ten Hag, with various backgrounds of chaos in the team they seem to be playing badly on purpose to speed up Ten Hag dismissal  Grin. On the other hand, this is in line with the wishes of the fans, although the next manager will not necessarily be able to improve Manchester United performance instantly.
There is no official news yet on who will be Ten Hag successor, what is clear is that we will no longer see many disappointing moments at Old Trafford in the future. It is possible that Ruud van Nistelrooy will be retained until the end of the season, of course on condition that his performance is satisfactory.
I hope Manchester United bosses are not seriously considering Ruud van Nistelrooy as a permanent replacement for Erik Ten Hag. Even if he performs well for the rest of the year, United should make sure they get a manager to rebuild the club. I am not convinced with the theory that the players were playing badly on purpose so Ten Hag will be fired. It doesn’t make sense because Ten Hag was the one who signed the players and doesn’t seem to have personal problems with them. The players Ten Hag had issues are all gone so this theory holds no weight.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Finally, United have taken ths bold step to sack Ten Hag who has been given a long time to transform the team but failed. I am happy that United lost to West Ham for making it easy to kick Ten Hag out of the club, because he has always survived not being sacked.

One problem is already solved, and the next should be how the new acting manager will be able to improve and liberate United to gain back their best performance, so that they can fit in for UCL spot competition again.
Why wasn't this done earlier and had to wait for a worse collapse. Erik Ten Hag left more work for Van Nesteroy to fix now. Manchester United hierarchy were very slow to act. Now they do it after a complete mess, Ineos and the Glazer family are either indifferent to the condition of the club. I'm glad they kicked Erik Ten Hag out, but on the other hand I hope they quickly find a coach who knows the solution to all this chaos.
Initially, perhaps the management believed that Ten Hag could fix the club so he was extended again but it got worse and after the defeat it became a lot of work for the new coach but at least this has a way to change the team.
That the club owners don't care about the team they will care about all the profits, so don't care maybe about that while the fans are getting angry seeing the team getting closer to relegation.

I think Arda should leave Real Madrid for his own sake. I don’t believe he can develop himself in a team where he constantly stays on the bench. Liverpool wanting to transfer Arda is a great opportunity for him, and he’ll definitely get playing time there. However, if Arda Güler transfers to England, he’ll need to work harder to improve his physique.
If the goal is as a loan player then I really support Arda Guler to Liverpool but if sold permanently it is not the right choice. Although currently in Madrid he has not been able to break into the main squad but I am sure he will be a long-term choice for Madrid in the future. Liverpool is a great team, strong and has an extraordinary vision in the Premier League, Arda Guler ability can be developed by Arne Slot but again will Arda also get the same situation as in Madrid? I mean he is unlikely to take over the main position of Liverpool players.
Arder Guler haven't been getting the chance of starting as many games as he'll want to start this season but we can't take away the fact that he's never shown any sign of dissatisfaction with Carlo Ancelotti's selections. He's a talented footballer no doubt but I think Carlo Ancelotti is very much aware of that and will give him all the time he needs to prove himself at the right time. The Italian manager in my own opinion is the best to nurture Arder Guler into the player he dreams of becoming and unless he permits him to join any club on loan, leaving the club I don't think will be a good decision for the Turkey international.

Manchester United are 14th on the Premier League table. The club is a sinking ship, Ruud van Nistelrooy cannot save them at this point. Manchester United fans should not expect him to be any better than the previous manager. His only job is to keep them from getting into relegation zone until they can find a manager of their choosing. Hopefully a successful manager who’s had Champions League and Premier League success in his career, someone with experience in how to manage a big club like Manchester United.

If only Ruud van Nistelrooy had been interim coach for quite a long time or even until the end of this season, then it is very likely that he will not sign any new players and he will utilize the players that Man United already have. So whether Man United will be improved or not will really depend on his capabilities. But, if in the near time, it turns out that Man United gets a replacement for Ten Hag, so I guess the new coach will most likely have his own list, and maybe there will be some players who will be kicked out and some will come to Old Trafford.
It will be pointless for Manchester United to sign new players under an interim coach. They will have to wait to get a new manager before making any signings. Ruud van Nistelrooy will have to make use of the players available. If the players start playing well and winning games then it would mean that they were purposely not playing well to get Erik Ten Hag sacked.

News coming in is that Ten Hag has been sacked, the management decided to pull him off as the head coach of United following their disappointing loss to West Ham yesterday. Now they should be on the need of a new manager, currently appointing Ruud Van Nistelrooy the assistant to former United manager Ten Hag, so the question if Ten Hag will be able to bring back the glory is definitely not possible following the recent news of him being sacked and replaced. The deal between the teams management and the coach seems to be temporarily and they will still be in search for another head coach to replace.
How many managers have Manchester United sacked since Sir Alex Ferguson left? Four? Five?? You can’t blame them because all the managers were complete flops, Jose Mourinho being the Special One of the group. I hope the new manager (if they can find someone with credits who’s willing to take this job) will get as much support and patience from Manchester United as they did with Ten Hag.

No surprises thought. That news was awaited from months and I should say that I didn't expect him to start the year with Manchester United in the first place but he couldn't make it more than this far.
Ten Hag took his shot and couldn't improve the team and hopefully the next one will be able to do so. I don't have much expectation but who knows.

Yes he needs to go to other clubs, butstill there is no way for him to play in the starting line up or as sa substitutebecause Real Madrid have a lot of great players so there will no possibilities for him to show himself as  prominent player. He will not getting the chance to play as regular players in presence of Vince jr, Killyan Mbappe. So I think it's okay for him to leave the club and move where he gets a chance to play in the regular line up and show his talent to the people.

Many people on social media believe that Liverpool are very interested in signing Arda Gullar. Despite Liverpool are also looking for a player who can replace Muhammad Salah because Salah is going to leave Liverpool soon. Liverpool are giving 70€ million value which is quite good price tag for such talent.

That's the point. The main concern is that Real Madrid rarely gave him enough time to play. Even whe they struggled for a lack of a proper number nine. I thought they could fix it by bringing Arda onto the squad, but they refused it. The better for them to let him leave on loan.

Some big PL clubs are interested in him. So, it's a golden chance for him to leave Madrid for a while, and learn at another big club, then return as a better player. I don't see other possible solution than this.

It'll be so bad if his talent wasted.

yes, they are still the same team, and maybe with a new coach who will replace Ten Hag, the hope is that a little improvement can be made from MU's current performance. whether MU is also ready to burn their money in the transfer market this season or not will also be the success of their new coach. if with the same team, it will all depend on whether the players can follow the instructions and new game strategies that will be applied to the team.
at least MU management heard what the fans said from last season.

It is unlikely that Man United will be willing to wait until the summer of 2025 to recruit a new coach, currently Ruud van Nistelrooy has been given the trust as interim coach until the club finds a suitable candidate. Van Nistelrooy will take charge of Man United when they face Leicester City in the EFL Cup, but it is uncertain whether United will find a permanent successor to Ten Hag before they host Chelsea in the Premier League. It is likely that Man United will move quickly to find the right coach because they are currently in dire need of the right figure to fix everything that Ten Hag has destroyed.

According to this article, the 2024 Ballon d’Or result was leaked in the early hours of the morning, it is being speculated that Vinicius Junior is the winner of the 2024 Ballon d’Or award with 630 points. But then I see this post from Fabrizio Romano and I don’t know which story to believe, even though for me Fabrizio Romano is the more trustworthy source.

Later tonight at Theatre du Chatelet in Paris, the 2024 Balon D'or winner will be announced and while most of us were expecting Vinicius Jr to be given the award of the best footballer in the world, there's a report that just hit the media space that the Brazilian winger will bo longer be given the award. I even read another report few minutes ago that Manchester City's Rodri is expected to be named as the winner of the award today. What's your opinion about this latest development
It is strange if the winner of Balon D'or changed suddenly. The criteria of Balon D'or isn't based on the current performance only, it should based on many considerations. I don't want to try assuming the change of the winner because Real Madrid has just defeated by Barcelona with 4 goals. It is nonsense reason, it doesn't deserve to change the chance of winning Balon D'or.

Anyway, Rodri seems to have nothing special with his performance currently. Sure, the role of De Bruyne is bigger than Rodri in Man City. If Rordi can win some prestigious trophies, I think it is because he is lucky. He is in the right team that has the chance to win the regular trophies in each season.

I’m surprised that it took this long for Manchester United to sack Erik Ten Hag. This is a decision that should have been made last season. That would have given Manchester United enough time to scout for a new manager. Sacking a manager in-between season is not always a good idea. Now they have to do with Ruud Van Nistelrooy until they can get a proper manager.
Yeah, everyone surprised that Man United board was trying to keep Ten Hag for a long time. The board may try to believe in Ten Hag because Ten Hag could won 2 trophies (FA Cup, EFL Cup) in England domestic competition. But this season, Ten Hag seems to have no chance winning any trophy. This is why Man United board finally decided to sack Ten Hag.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy seems not a too bad option for the coach. I think Ruud Van Nistelrooy deserves to manage Man United until the end of the season. However, I heard a rumor that Xavi will be appointed to be the head coach of Man United. They are reported in negotiation with Xavi.

Immediately after that loss I was convinced Manchester United wouldn’t stick with him for long again, moreover they seemd to have this planned out perfectly because when they actually hired Ruud Van Nistrooy as assistant coach I was more concerned he will be given the opportunity too take the job at a later date and here is his opportunity and hopefully if he can take it then they wouldn’t be actually going for anyone else again.

I don’t understand what you meant by the Manchester United problem is already solved because I still see many problems beyond the head coach. Some of the players will actually be questioned but for their loyalty to the club, watch the last few matches and see how the players were wasting off chances. A new Manager will have to take a big stand against them.

Definitely agree that the player needs to prioritize more playing time seriously, a talent like that shouldn’t be on the bench. A move to Liverpool will be good one or better still to Manchester city as they need a new attacking midfielder. I don’t see think he needs to actually be strong physically because other players are there like Odegaard without strong physics he just simply needs to be more technical than the rest nothing else

The news of the dismissal of Manchester United former coach Erik Ten Hang, was not a surprised to me. I anticipated that over the weekend and that is the reason I was not offended after we lost to West ham United. Assuming that Erik Ten Hang managed to win against West ham, his sack would have been delayed for more miserable performance.

Which day dismissal of Manchester United coach, the club stands a chance to see themselves in the top four this season. This is because the body language of the New coach will make the players to sit up and ignite some kind of competition for fight of playing time. This is a welcome development.

make it to top four by the end of the season? It's like you've forgotten that they only sacked ten hang and not the entire Manchester United team. The current quality of the United team don't have what it takes to make it to top 5 of the table at the end of the season. They need to sign fresh players that are ready to play for the team before thinking of making it to top 6 or else, the struggles might continue even after the sack of Teng hang.
