There's a news Chelsea want to sign a midfielder from Dinamo Moskow e.g. Arsen Zakharyan, based on the tweet he said he's also interested to join Chelsea, maybe they're still on progress to complete the administration right now. Arsen Zakharyan is a key player on Dinamo Moskow, he's primarily a central midfielder, but he can play on the other position to like central attacking midfielder, left midfielder, left winger and right winger. He's young too, currently 19 years old, I think this will be a good transfer for Chelsea if it's happen.

I think they dont need him plus it would be a waste of huge money. They already got Benzema that can play at top level for at least 2-3 years more. They should get a secondary striker but not to waste a huge amount on someone like Osimhen. He is an incredible striker but costs probobly really a lot and certainly wants a lot of playing time
However, Benzema is currently injured and has not been able to fully contribute this season so they are considering buying a substitute who can temporarily replace Benzema when he is unable to play full time. When they manage to get a player with specifications with skills like Benzema will strengthen the position of the attacker.
No doubt now Real Madrid is going to have some buying in coming transfer window because suddenly things are not going good in their way, and they already lost their top spot which is now under control of rival Barcelona and their knock-out stage match is also against Liverpool which could be not easy for them so now who is their target it's not clear.
