Yeah, United won't be asking for any transfer fee for Ronaldo - that's for sure.

He will be allowed to leave on a free transfer, but finding a club that wants him and is willing to cover his wages will be really difficult.

Ronaldo's only wish was to play regularly at Manchester United but he did not have the trust of the coach. Ronaldo very often starts the game from the bench, at certain times he is not played at all. Messi has a better chance of winning his 8th Ballon d'or at PSG then Barcelona so he has to stay at PSG. He's enjoying his stay at the club. Irrespective of all the controversy ongoing at the club, he seems not to be bothered as it is affecting his form so far. He's on a great form and there are chances this forms continue to and after the world cup which will increase his chances for individual and club trophies. Beside Messi playing under Xavier, that doesn't sound like something he'll want.

I don't think PSG will do that because by giving a new contract to Messi, it must take into account his age, Messi's age is very old and in the world of football athletes, at the age of over 35 the amount of stamina has decreased a lot and it's not like his time. when they were young, PSG had to look for new young players with almost the same skills as Messi and usually the price would be very expensive.

At this time there is no official statement about this although there is some news about Mendes who is now trying hard to find relationships in order to re-enter Ronaldo into one of the big clubs.
