One of them is offer him something like 30-40 million not just for his talents but the reputation he brings to the club and the merch sales, and do it for 2 years. Salaries are also manageable for them as they wanted with mostly they give English players high prices and others not as they deserve which is also never been good from them right now few managers are not interested in English players because they feel not good about them, and they are preferred other players which are having better quality than English players.
