Breaking News : Chelsea appoint Graham Potter to succeed Thomas Tuchel as manager
Chelsea new owner Todd Boehly had finally signed Graham Porter as their new manager according to bbcsport, he was reported to have left his former club Brighton for a new challenge, he will be charge of Chelsea when they play Fulham this weekend, I hope he will use his wealth of experience to reshape and rebuild the club from it present woes as result of poor results from both EPL and UCL, do you think Graham Porter is the appropriate manager that will rescue Chelsea from their present predicament? personally I think in the league he will perform well,  however I can't really comment about his experience in European competitions.

It is very natural for Chelsea officials to approach Zidane because Zidane status is currently unemployed, Zidane performance as a coach is also very good, for that reason Chelsea officials consider Zidane very suitable to handle Chelsea.
Becoming coach of the French national team is Zidane dream that has not yet come true, but Zidane must wait for Didier Deschamps to be removed from his position. Maybe Zidane will have to wait until the world cup is over to realize his dream of becoming the coach of the French national team.
I agree with the candidate mentioned by @kawetsriyanto, Mauricio Pochettino is one of the best candidates among the other candidates because of his experience coaching top teams. Mauricio Pochettino was in England with Tottenham for several seasons, then moved to Ligue 1 with PSG. He is the perfect candidate to lead Chelsea, but either way it's up to the owners and Chelsea to decide who really deserves to continue the campaign this season.

In my opinion, there is a small chance to see Zidane coach Chelsea, but I don't know because I think Zidane's decision can still change. He wanted to coach the national team, but he had to wait a long time for that.

Mbappe's latest statements strengthen the possibility of a transfer to Real Madrid. We may see him next season in Madrid. PSG has an established roster and Mbappe's departure won't change anything. Although he is a top player i think he is a selfish person. It would be beneficial he is to go. If PSG doesn't win the Champions League this year i think they will definitely go.
AFAIK he's the one who reject Real Madrid offer and instead choose PSG, why does he change his statement that he want go to Real Madrid? he wouldn't get higher salary like when he's on PSG, maybe Real Madrid will pay him lower than PSG.

I hope he didn't join Real Madrid, like you said he's a selfish and star syndrome person, there's many clips that show when his teammates didn't pass the ball to him, he will stop to run and just waiting from very far. This is not good, even though he doesn't control the ball, he still need to move and that would confuse the goal keeper.

Mbappe to madrid I think it's just a bullshit issue Grin, previously Mbappe was rumored to be quite close to joining Madrid but after he got the persuasion of president Macron he finally decided to extend his contract with PSG and made Madrid quite angry at that time, I don't even think anymore if Mbappe is still thinking about moving to Madrid after all the luxuries and privileges he got at PSG, to be honest, after Mbappe decision to extend his contract, I never heard again if he wanted to leave and now he is focused on enjoying all his privileges at PSG until 2025 later .

After sacking Tuchel people started to think about the possibility of Zinedine Zidane coming to Chelsea. However I didn't give even a single chance to this. Because he even rejected PSG before as far as I know. He told them that he wasn't thinking of managing a team in the near future. So there is no reason for him to accept a probable offer from Chelsea.

Besides it looks like Chelsea have already agreed terms with Graham Potter who is actively managing Brighton now. I must admit that I'm shocked with this announcement. Because I was expecting to see a bigger name like Pochettino. He is still free agent. G. Potter managed Östersund, Swansea and Brighton so far - no big team here. It seems like Chelsea are following in the footsteps of PSG as they made a similar decision by bringing Galtier. But let's see how this story will continue for Chelsea.

LMAO!  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

No, Graham Potter is a good choice.  I've been saying it around these boards that he would've made a good manager for  Manchester United, it's just as you said, he's not really known yet.  But he is a good manager with a pleasing style of football.  And he's English.  It's been a while since the EPL had a top English manager fighting for top spot at the league.

Poch would've made a good replacement too.  But I don't mind Potter.

And here's another funny one.  Aubameyang signed with Chelsea to be reunited with Tuchel and only for Tuchel to be given the sack a week later.  Cheesy

What a crazy day at Galatasaray, they just announced 5 transfers tonight and have really built their squad extremely well. Today's transfers are: Icardi, Demir, Mathias Ross, Rashica and Juan Mata! Before that they had brought in Seferovic, Mertens, Torreira or Sergio Oliveira. Incredible transfers for actually a weak league and above all without participating in European competitions.
Their poor performance last season seemed to make the higher-ups angry and now they have started to have more ambition.
This is a good thing even though names like Dries Mertens and Juan Mata can be said to be quite old but in the turkish league it looks like they still have a good chance now, on the other hand Icardi really surprised me in this regard.

We still need to give Graham Potter a chance to try if he's to take the job and I don't think that him not having any champions experience and have coached only 3 clubs since his career would stop him from achieving success and note that all the good managers we have today started like him.If he's a good coach, it will even be an advantage for him to progress as other clubs in the Champions League have not played against him or are not very familiar with his tactics or style of play. If he should take the job, what he should do is set aside the pressure that will be coming and focus on what he knows best to do in order to reinforce the team.
What great achievement from Graham Potter as manager with Primer League team? I don't see with his great achievement record except success bring Brighton Albion on top standing awhile. No doubt give Graham Potter chance because have many expectation become Chelsea manager after sucking Thomas Tuchel success give UEFA Champion League tittle.

I think Graham Potter become Chelsea manager because his national country as England and make it easy than rumor with Zidane become replacement for Thomas Tuchel position, but waiting how Graham Potter debut with Chelsea next match in Primer League against with Fulham, will Chelsea can recover after losing in Champion League or Graham Potter still can't give positive impact as new manager for Chelsea.

Do you really think Graham Potter is the man for the job, or sentiments are just being attached to his selection because of his recent success with Brighton. In terms of experience and since the champions league defeat seemed to have been what prompted Tuchels sack, Graham Potter doesn't really have any experience with champions league football and has only coached three teams in his career (Östersund, Swansea City, Brighton & Hove Albion)

Manchester United seem to be moving quickly to sign a new contract for Marcus Rashford after a brilliant performance against Arsenal. Under manager Erik ten Hag Rashford has returned to his best form and United know many big European clubs are eyeing him for a January transfer window.
It's a management issue, and when Erik Ten Hag management has been shown to Rashford, it's certainly worth it. For the continuity of Rashford, extending the contract is the right choice. Based on Rashford performance, this made it a turning point that Erik Ten Hag had to develop. There is still potential that needs to be explored in a player who is only 24 years old.

I can say that Zidane and Potch should be highly favoured to handle the job because they are currently clubless, but the recent success of Potter in EPL is projecting him higher than his colleagues.
I doubt Zidane wants to manage Chelsea. Zidane seems focus on the opportunity to be the manager of French national team. He even refused the offer of being the manager of Man United and PSG. So, the chance to be Chelse manager should be quite small. I think the candidate should be Mauricio Pochettino.

You've Said it all my bruddie. Zidane's dream is to next coach for the France National team after Didier Deschamps, I don't see him taking any managerial job at any club for now. Don't forget he regected the second offer to coach Real Madrid, turned down Manchester United.
Accepting Chelsea is a no no situation if I should add to this, higher chances for Chelsea job should be Graham Potter of Brighton Albion.
But every Coach who wants to take that job should take a good look at the next ten fixtures if he can handle them out. I'll still say this, Thomas Tuchel sack seems like Betrayal to me, why bring in all of those player's if you're not backing the manager ?

Learnt the owner of Chelsea has been a big fan of Cristiano Ronaldo but Thomas Tuchel rebuffed the idea. This is speculated news though.

Apart from extending Rashford's contract, United are reportedly also preparing to sign Bayern Munich wonderkid Jamal Musala, who recently let Musala head to the January transfer window for a possible move to the Premier League.

There was information that the Chelsea owners were interested in acquiring Ronaldo, but Tuchel was not interested in this transfer. But now Tuchel is sacked  Grin (I wonder if he regrets giving up a qualified striker?) and perhaps the next manager will be more accommodating about Ronaldo. But in any case, all this will be relevant already in the winter, there are too many events ahead to make predictions.

@KTChampions even if Ronaldo wants to leave he won’t be able to unless the board decides he can, and secondly a club should also make a bid for him but given his wages he may be stuck at Manchester United. Furthermore the club has a clause which allows them to extend his deal by one more year, so he’ll have to publicly make a demand to leave otherwise he won’t be allowed to leave in January or even in the next summer transfer window.

I don’t think that United will detain Ronaldo by force, he is not young, he has a big salary and so far he is not even in the starting lineup. As for his salary at the new club, he can easily go for its reduction, since (according to information from journalists) he has bonuses from advertising contracts, provided he plays in the Champions League - that is, in fact, he will not lose anything by agreeing to a salary reduction, since once in the Champions League, he will return his bonuses.

Arsenal's unbeaten record this season finally had to break in the hands of Manchester United, I have a different view for this match. Arsenal always find it difficult when playing at crucial moments, one of which is against Manchester United, an interesting fact, the Gunners always find it difficult when they travel to Old Trafford.

From head to head, the Gunners have only overthrown Man United once in an away match with a score of 0-1. when Aubameyang was still a striker for the Gunners and even then the goal was created from the penalty spot. however, despite the injuries of thomas partey and elneny, the gunners squad is currently in its best form, 5 wins in a row is a remarkable achievement when compared to the start of last season.
Actually I hope arsenal can maintain that winning record, but that is football that is indeed difficult for us to predict, the annulling of marttinelli goal I think is a return of the rise of manchester united in that match, but despite all the reasons, we can't avoid the fact if indeed the mentality of our players is still not tested enough when we have to face crucial matches against big teams so far, but indeed in the match against manchester united it was clear that losing Partey and Elneny greatly affected our defense sector and that's why actually at the close of the transfer market I hope arsenal can at least get a new defensive midfielder, but unfortunately we have failed to get new players again Cry.

Arsenal are currently struggling to win matches because they refused to make a deadline day signing, and I won't too blame them because when they wanted to make a last minute signing of Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa, their coach Stephen Gerard did not support the sales, and it might just simply be for the reason that Arsenal won them the night before deadline day transfer ended. They lost Thomas Partey to injury, lost Elneny too to injury, and currently have only inexperienced Sambi Lokonga and Granit Xhaka in the team to fill up the midfield space and that made them lose the match to Manchester United on Sunday.
Arsenal are not struggling to win games, from the preseason until now they have lost just two games out of 12 or 11 which is a very good form for a team that finished 5th in the league. I fact Arsenal have being outstanding recording 5 wins in a row in the league this season, something even as good as Manchester city couldn't do, yes they couldn't get deadline signings but they they seem to be in good shape.

What a crazy day at Galatasaray, they just announced 5 transfers tonight and have really built their squad extremely well. Today's transfers are: Icardi, Demir, Mathias Ross, Rashica and Juan Mata! The signing that I love so much their is Joan Mata,I am so much in love with how the player plays,he is so quick and fast on the ball.If managed properly, and given his prefered role, they will enjoy working with him.The player is one of the best players I like in football, his pattern of play and the assist he gives is superb.Arsenal former player Rosicky play thesame pattern of football with him.

Joan Mata is someone that the fans will love ,and I have assurance that by the time all those players will blend  together, they will be a very strong force that will be able to win any team that comes their way.
Is such an exciting time to be a galatasary fan, great additions  and that shows ambition because they didn't qualify for Europe so they built a strong team that will qualify them this season, Juan Mata is a very unique player,he is a champion and he plays like David Silva and both are know for their creativity just that Juan has bad luck leaving Chelsea where the fans love him more than Hazard, but is the only good player of the lot, there is Icardi who is a very good player and Argentina international that has played for great teams like Napoli, juventus and Paris Saint Germain, there is martens there also a very good winger that is first choice of the Belgium national team, torreira is there too,so is a good season ahead for them.

The chances are not grandiose because almost half of the session. The possibility official is only able to recruit a coach who is already in England. they also need a coach who not be stiff, we know Pochetino and Zidane have been a long time jobless, and they possibly need time to adjust, so the big chance for Potter to move to a big club. He also not be stiff because Chelsea and Brighton are blue.

Poche maybe still can but not with Zidane I think. He is a very good coach but until now he is still happy with the freedom he has without coaching a single club. He's a coach who wasn't even tempted by PSG so what he saw from Chelsea made him want to join.
Another possibility is Graham Potter is now on the radar, his performances at Brighton for the past 2 seasons have been so good that there is still a chance in this regard.

He will get the chance to demonstrate himself as a top manager in a champions league playing team. There are no immediate guarantees he will be afforded the same conditions at Chelsea. Like with any job change, there will be a period of adaptation. My only concern is how he’s going to deal with some of the highest-profile footballers and their egos.
