Barcelona's increasingly difficult conditions in terms of finances make this hampered and likely will not happen. They still need to reduce players now and B. Silva's hopes don't seem to be going well for now.
I think he can still compete at City and it would be better if he stays at Manchester City until this season ends and his departure may be realized next season.
