There has been no official announcement, meaning there is no agreement between the two. If Aubameyang really becomes part of Chelsea it will strengthen them even more. But I have a little doubt that he will perform optimally in the Premier League. I hope that my worries don't really come to pass, and that Aubameyang can prove that he deserves to be part of the squad.
As long as there is no official announcement, we only can speculate that the negotiation is in process. The agreement isn't achieved yet, so that doesn't mean it totally won't happen. The latest rumor stated that Chelsea is very close to signing Aubameyang, which indicates Chelsea is still in negotiation with Barcelona. I have no doubt that Aubameyang will be successfully signed by Chelsea since his price isn't so expensive for Chelsea.

Barcelona is a big name in football, playing rarely there and wait for a chance to substitute an injured player to play more is better than playing as a main player for some people..
The wage story is true and the best example is de Jong. He owes Barcelona a lot of money that was cut from his salary during Covid-19 and that the club will not pay it back if he leaves Barca. That's why he insisted to stay, among other reasons obviously.
I don't think De Jong decided to stay at Barcelona just because of the money owed. He is in Barcelona because he loves the team and he has adapted very well with the players. Manchester United wanted to sign De Jong by paying all his outstanding wages. However, De Jong did not accept the offer. He could have fetched higher wages from Manchester United if he wanted.
Generally there is several reasons for any decisions taken. Financial ones are important but achievements, boosting carriers, having the honor to play in top team and under the management of a good coach are crucial too.
BTW I am aware by the offer of ManU except accepting to pay what Barca owes him.

Chelsea need a striker, and Aubameyang is one

Well he is pretty much the leftover options that is left for Chelsea. He has played in Premier League so he is the best candidate that Chelsea can get for now because they need a striker that would do well for the team but its been a while since he last played in EPL though ever since he was benched on Arsenal. Aside from that, he might not even fit in Tuchel's strategy but its definitely going to be interesting if he returns though
It will be quite shocking and surprising if Chelsea should sign Aubameyang. He was a good player at the first time he came to Arsenal winning the golden boot, but when EPL defenders started knowing his scoring skills,it became difficult for him to see the back of the net.But things can still change if he should make a move to Chelsea because he will strive very hard to win the heart of the fans, and prove his doubters wrong. It will also be a big move in his career.

Chelsea have struggled through some tough times from surviving the struggles with Covid 19 pandemic to facing fair play ban from signing players to changing several coaches and now a change in ownership and now a quarter of the team switching clubs this summer and struggles to get suitable replacements as soon as possible, all these trials and unfavorable circumstances have really killed the moral and confidence of the team.
The problem about Covid is global and it's not only Chelsea who feel this way and indeed when the sanctions regarding the ban on buying these players because they violated that there must be sanctions.
Apart from that their current performance doesn't actually refer to that, because if that's the reason then it's illogical because they can win the Champions League in the midst of the crisis they feel.
I think right now they still haven't found the right rhythm due to some of the changes they've made.

With the transfer market closing soon, Chelsea must move quickly to bring in a striker. Because seeing Chelsea's performance against Leeds,
where Chelsea had difficulty scoring goals, it proved Chelsea needed a striker. And the best candidate to fill the striker position is indeed Aubameyang,
We still have a quarter of the squad looking to transfer out just to get a game, and half of those remaining so far short of match practice they just cannot fire. Under those circumstances how do we possibly expect to have any where near the intensity we require. Of course it would help if we had just one forward who didn't keep getting injured, or could actually send the ball in the direction of the inside area of the goal mouth without hitting the goal keeper. Simply put, Boehly is learning the ropes without the support Mariana and Petr said they would give, but got pissed over their stuff up with Lukaka, who was destroying the squad atmosphere with his whining. 3 seasons ago we could not buy in, then Covid, then the "Sale", how we have survived as we have is a miracle in itself. It is going to take time to rebuild both a squad and the changing room atmosphere with the right unit going forward. Firstly, we need to get rid of all of the baggage from the past, not on loan, but gone, taking their half attitudes with them. Too long have we bought in players not up to standard and just loaned them out. Then let the ex academy loanees we are keeping progress into the 1st team. OK, not so good at the moment as we grow through the changes, but we must keep faith that the team we are building has a great future.

When money speaks then anything can happen.
Isak is one of the pretty good young players that Sociedad has now and indeed when the money comes and if he wants to experience a different sensation in La Liga then indeed Newcastle is a pretty good choice.
Currently Newcastle really want to be better than before and it is not impossible that their position will be even better.

Glad that Newcastle are thinking the right way but I still don't get one thing- They already have enough strikers. There is Wilson and they brought in Wood in last transfer window and now Isak? I really don't get what they are thinking buying off strikers on and on. Better to just buy the right one and get on with it.
They will probably make another competition there but it is very likely that Isak will also fill in the winger and Almiron will have to compete here.
Apart from that, Isak's arrival will also be very good if he can play well.
I think it's still a pretty good thing despite the number of strikers there are but it will be a good thing for them in the current season.

Arsenal player Pepe is about to secure a loan move to Nice, it's unfortunate Pepe couldn't established himself in the team and couldn't justify the huge sign on fee paid to secure his transfer from Lille, he is not in Arteta plan this season because of arrival of new players into the club and with emergence and in-form of Martinelli and Saka invariably will limit Pepe to enjoy regular time as a winger, the loan move will help to improve his career and bring back his confidence again having age on his side just like William Saliba loan move to Merseille has rejuvenated his career.

The purchase of Nicolas Pepe was a purchase that Arsenal failed to make, even though Pepe was bought at a high price from Lille. But it's been 3 seasons
Pepe played for Arsenal, but couldn't make a good contribution to Arsenal. So it's a good move to loan Pepe to Nice, who knows Pepe finds his best game
and his confidence can increase. Moreover, Pepe has indeed proven to be playing well in Ligue 1 with Lille, so Nice made the right move to bring in Pepe.

Maybe it's just a matter of time for Pepe's move to Nice, but there are other rumors that Leicester are also interested in signing Pepe. So there is
a possibility that Leicester could hijack Pepe, moreover Leicester have better financial strength than Nice. So Leicester can offer Pepe a more
promising contract, Leicester's interest in Pepe is dangerous for Nice. But until now there has been no official move from Leicester, so we will see
where Pepe will move. What is certain is that Pepe is aware that his chances of getting playing time are very small if he stays at Arsenal.
Because Nicolas Pepe was not included in Arteta's plans this season.

Last season he didn't go well at Arsenal, even though it was a fairly expensive purchase but indeed Pepe's performance at Arsenal was not very good so he really needs to improve.
On loan I think is the right thing because at Arsenal also he will not get a place except the bench so when he is at another club maybe he can learn little by little to improve his performance.

Serie A club Inter Milan have reportedly not given up on getting Trevoh Chalobah's services.  The Nerrazurri are reportedly still trying to sign the Chelsea defender for the remainder of the transfer window this summer.

It is common knowledge that Inter Milan currently lacks a central defender.  Their central defender stock is very limited, even though this season they will play in the Champions League.

According to the reports coming out of FC Barcelona this evening ,Chelsea and Barcelona are is about to sealing up a deal to bring Pierre Aubameyang back to English premier league and to the Chelsea football club and was featured in the Manchester City vs Barcelona game tonight to say farewell to the fans and the deal is hope to be get done and dusted by tomorrow the 25/08/2023.

This another big summer deal for Chelsea FC after many days of him agreeing personal terms with the Blues and the dream of him returning to the premier league and reuniting with his former boss Thomas Tuchel.
He is determined to prove he is still premier league quality and
This signing of Aubameyang with his past goal scoring records is going to elevate the Chelsea's attack and help the Blues get firing once again and shoot up in the league .
Is good they've finally coming into closing the deal because they're running out of time.

Kevin Trapp to Manchester United - speculation is growing. I see a small chance of success and if... then only with very much money. The reason: Eintracht Frankfurt has no good replacement. Their second goalkeeper is very young and has no experience. The salary of 10 million Kevin Trapp will find it good. That would be 2x as much as in Frankfurt, there he gets 3-5 million euros. It is basically only a sporty difficult decision. Decides one for the money and has a worse defense and loses more games, that is possible if Trapp goes.
Kelvin Trapp is a young and vibrant player, he has impressed the world during his stay at Frankfurt which has attracted Manchester United to enquire for his services. David De Gea has played almost all the games for United and it's high time they bring in another supporting good goal keeper. Frankfurt will be willing to cash in and let the player go so the deal looks very likely and will be good for Manchester United.
I don't understand why you said Trapp is a young goalie. What do you mean by young in your context? Is someone between 32 to 33 years young in football. Definitely no, even as a goalie, anyone that crosses 30yrs can be good but not to be considered young.

As for Manchester United, I don't trust their plans to get another goalie. Manchester United always have good goalies. I don't know why they sold Romeo that was very calm and confidence and loan Handerson and now want to sign a goalie.

The new money clan of the English premier league aren't playing around, they're already playing some great football but these additional signings will make them even stronger. Isak is a fantastic young player, he's been very important for Real Sociedad in the last few years and could become vital part of Newcastle project too, pairing him upfront highly in form Allan Saint-Maximin would be scary for any defense line tbh.

Yeah, they've got both Wilson and Chris Wood as their centre forward options, but I really doubt the club have great confident in them, neither of the players played up to half of the fixtures last season, perhaps they could have a regular starter with Isak, and another thing I don't think any very big/influential player would prefer a move Newcastle just yet, regardless of how convincing their goal is, it's definitely going to take a number of years to build the team to become a regular top spot team or a perhaps league contender.

Arsenal have identified Wolves winger Neto as their mystery winger that they were searching for,and according to reports, the player is an Arsenal fan,and he won't hesitate at a chance to join Arsenal especially now that they are no longer doing with any player that is above 25 years, and the set of players in the Arsenal squad now are all young boys who are ready to do anything thing to win their opponent.
If Arsenal could be able to make this deal materialised, and then sign either Savic or Tielemans of Leicester to stand at that midfield should incase Xhaka or Partey should sustain any injury,he would be able to deputise for them.
Then I would say Arsenal will be able to contend fiercely for the tittle.
Reportedly arsenal has had intense talks with Neto agent, but currently Neto has a long contract with his wolves until 2027, so to get neto automatically we have to offer a big enough money to wolves, neto ability to play on two wings will certainly be a recruit which is good for us this season.
For the midfield position, I think we already have enough stock and it seems we no longer need a new midfielder especially if it will only increase the club salary burden, if Arteta does want a new midfielder maybe Tielsmans is a good choice to back up Partey and Xhaka.
Neto will be great addition to the midfield for Arteta but that will only depend on the club's capacity to pay the required amount wolves are demanding. In my opinion I think the price requested is worth it and Arsenal should pay the requested amount and get him immediately. He will add more fire power to the team's attack and also add quality and be a backup for Saka .

Newcastle offer of €70 million was fantastic, Real Sociedad was very difficult to turn down an offer from Newcastle for Alexander Isak because this transfer would greatly benefit Real Sociedad from a financial point of view even though Alexander Isak has become a key player in the Sociedad squad.
Newcastle who are backed with a lot of money, have no difficulty in hijacking talented players from other teams. If this transfer materializes, Newcastle front line will be very dangerous.

I think Barcelona must be owing some money to the players. Otherwise, why would the players be so interested to stay in Barcelona?
Of course it's true and the club president admits that Barcelona owes (wages arrears) to their players. Problems Coming when the Covid19 disaster almost several big clubs experienced a financial crisis. But in terms of payment of salaries that are in arrears, Barcelona applies several conditions, especially they promise to pay them off in the long term. In terms of loyalty, I think it's in the player. they are comfortable why have to go isn't it like that.

All the great teams have suffered a lot, also for this reason they had thought of a SuperLeague to replace the Champions League. A super league who gave more money to the teams because they really needed it.
Unfortunately the players cost a lot both to buy them and the salary.

Unfortunately the Chelsea coach has seen it from a different point of view and has probably decided to take Pierre Aubameyang with consideration, so as long as Barcelona don't mind this and can get enough money then they will definitely let Aubameyang go. With the addition of Aubameyang's addition, it is hoped that it can increase Chelsea's strength.
There’s no need for all this history please, it is so embarrassing because we know Chelsea is among the biggest spenders and is still struggling because we have a manager who can’t sign the right players for himself. moreover, he is not a league winning coach too, not consistent only good in cup runs. He will soon follow Lampard.
They always fail for the front line. I don't know why because there are so many of their attacking lines that are wasted even though they are bought at a fairly expensive price.
But when I say Tuchel is not good I don't agree with that, he can't win the league but don't forget that he was awarded the 2021 UEFA Coach of the Year award for his success in leading Chelsea to the Champions League title.
